Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful spacious home in north part of Palm Sorings. House, including kitchen and pool area, was terrific. Unfortunately the location was extremely windy compared to areas closer to the mountains, and we were in the direct flight path of planes flying in and out of the airport which was troubling.

Otherwise everything was great and well stocked. Pool temp was perfect! Some airline noise but that was expected since the home is only a few miles from the airport.

Spacious home in beautiful neighborhood! Close to everything. Fun backyard with pool and hot tub at the perfect temperature! Our grandson loved the putting green (and so did the adults). Wonderful surprise- the orange and lemon trees! Decor could use a little updating, but otherwise it was perfect! The beds were very comfy and the layout of the four bedrooms is ideal. We will return!

This is a beautiful home filled with great amenities. Both the interior and exterior were extremely clean and well taken care of. The only reason I gave this home 3 stars for location is due to the home being on the flight path of Palm Springs airport. The constant plane noise (5:30am - mid evening) was not easy to adjust to. The large number of planes landing and taking off may have been due to it being Thanksgiving week. I would definitely recommend the management company, Relax Palm Springs. They were super responsive and easy to work with. Overall we enjoyed our getaway.

From the reservation to the check out this was an excellent experience. The house is so much larger than the pics look. So pleasantly surprised! Super clean space! Craig was amazing to work with. Super friendly and even let us check out a little later so we could get more time with a friend who was leaving the state for good. Just an overall wonderful trip! Will definitely come back!

We had one issue with the freezer not getting cold enough but our wonderful host Brad took care of it by having another complete refrigerator delivered and put in the garage to use for the rest of our stay. My only negative comment would be the furniture is not that comfortable in the main room where everyone gathers and the beds are a little too high. (My mom is 90 and we had to make sure she got up and down without getting hurt, they did however have stools to accommodate) Our host Brad was wonderful and very responsive. Had a great time!

Since we are older we used the house to it's full extent, we cooked all our meals and just relaxed after playing golf everyday. The location is perfect for getting to and from the airport and we actually played south and it took no more than a half an hour to get to the various courses. You have a hidden gem there, and Brad was extremely responsive to any questions or concerns we had. You run a very professional operation.

Our group had a wonderful stay at this home. It is so spacious with all the amenities you could want. The rooms are situated away from the main living space which was a plus for putting our daughter down for quiet naps. The pool was clean, warm, and even better in person. The horseshoe shaped back patio felt very private and guarded against any wind. Five stars also go to the property manager, Brad. We were welcomed like family; it was the best experience I’ve ever had checking into a vacation home.
