Stayed Jan 25, 2026Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lovely house, Robert was super helpful. We did have issues however which I know can happen with any house. We were told the pool heater was loud and a technician would come. The hot tub however was our real problem because it was only at temp for us once. It was fixed at the end of our stay. We were really looking forward to using it more. Also the water heater for the house broke and they had to replace it. There were frequent visits from workmen. Happy they got the water heater replaced on short notice and after hours. Oh well! This probably wouldn’t be a typical experience, we were just unlucky.

Reviewer Comments: Our stay at the house was very nice and relaxing, and more than exceeded our expectations. Our group particularly enjoyed the outdoor area and the spacious living room.The area surrounding the house is very quiet and an ideal starting point for excursions.The management was very straightforward, direct, and always provided information at the right time (not too much, not too little). We greatly appreciated that.We highly recommend the accommodation.

This property provided a fully equipped kitchen and a great outdoor entertainment area. We had an issue with WIFI that affected TV and my work computer and Robert was right on top of it. Problem solved. We highly recommend PS Flamingo!

House comfortable and very clean. Appreciate how well stocked the house was. Loved the tablet in the wall used for check in/out and helpful info about the house and surrounding area. The house was extremely clean giving it a very nice vibe. The bedding and towels were luxury hotel level. The kitchen was very well equipped to tap into your inner chef. The backyard and pool were so beautiful and relaxing. The misting system was so appreciated! I was really able to relax and unwind. The best part was Robert from Relax Palm Springs! He made us feel welcome, he definitely has a firm handle on the guest experience. I just loved everything and highly highly recommend !!!! I will be back every chance I get!

Stayed Apr 7, 2024The property was great for three generations of family to enjoy each other, and the amenities with ease. Robert (property manager) was so responsive and easy to communicate with when questions arose. He even made fun dinner suggestions that worked for the children and grandparent. We would definitely return.
