PS Envy: Authentic, Spacious and Stylish Mid-Century Home!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: As a point of reference, we have been renting properties out in Palm Springs for several years, both for business and vacations, with a couple different companies. Not much of a “reviewer” but I am hoping this will help someone else with their decision when looking for a place. To start, the house is as pictured. Furniture and bedrooms were as described, and everything worked. Sadly, that is where it pretty much where the positives end. The simple truth is that the pictures simply don’t match the quality of the backyard. While the views are great, the furniture was broken (loungers) and the ones that aren’t look like someone was murdered while sitting on them. Not exactly the experience or ambiance we were going for on a relaxing father’s day weekend or if we had been just trying to lay out and enjoy the sun. The raised portion or viewing area has so many broken and/or loose stones that we finally just had to tell our daughter it was “off-limits” because it was unsafe to walk on and was falling apart. Again, the furniture is just at the point that needs to be replaced. Pair this with the small retain wall rocks or stones are not connected and fall off the top of the stack and you get a picture of the quality you are dealing with. It was also fun to deal with the bits of debris that ended up in the pool. Nothing like trying to relax in the pool only to spend your time trying to pull broken piece of stone and chips of cement out so the kids don’t cut themselves. The biggest disappointment was the casita. Again, the nice recliners and couch pictured look like someone decided to use them as part of a horror movie set and went unused. We selected this house specifically because we needed the bed space. Sadly, the air conditioning unit can’t handle the space so that we ultimately had to give up and sleep on couches in the main house, thus defeating the purpose of renting this specific prope

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property is so perfect. Located near everything, this pplace was such a luxurious place to get a way from the chaos that is L.A. The pool and hot tub are pristine and sitting in them looking up at the beautiful tall trees is magical. The management made us feel very welcome and check in and check out was super easy and stress free. The kitchen was a cooks dream, complete with all the tools needed to make a flawless meal (and everything is labeled so you dont have to go crazy in every cabinet trying to find the potato peeler.)The bedrooms are beautiful and have extremely comfortable beds and pillows. The casita sitauted on the side by the pool is another bedroom and has its own patio, mini fridge and sitting area. I would stay here again and again.

Great Mid-Century Modern property, convenient to downtown. We especially enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit. Management was exceptionally responsive and accommodating. Overall excellent.

The home had all the amenities needed and more. We really enjoyed our time there for the week of Thanksgiving with our family .

Property was very nice. Seven ladies and there was enough room. Backyard is private and the pool was awesome. Highly recommend.

Great place, well stocked kitchen, great pool and pool area.Lots of options for sun OR shade. Firetable is nice in the evening. Great for 8 people.Would be happy to stay here again !

The home offers a true mid-century modern experience! However, several issues—like non-functioning cable boxes, old and worn dish towels, broken kitchenware, and frequent service visits—took away from the stay. Trash from previous guests hadn’t been removed, and some appliances weren’t working as expected. While management responded quickly once notified, a home at this price point should have been fully prepared from the start.

Our stay at this stunning Palm Springs home was nothing short of spectacular! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stylish decor, immaculate cleanliness, and all the thoughtful touches that made our vacation truly special.The outdoor space was a dream—private, peaceful, and perfect for relaxation. We spent our mornings sipping coffee by the pool and our evenings enjoying the firepit under the stars. The kitchen was fully stocked, making it easy to prepare meals, and the open layout of the home was perfect for spending time together.The Craig and Scott were incredibly responsive and accommodating, ensuring we had everything we needed for a stress-free stay. The location was also fantastic—close to great restaurants, shopping, and all the best that Palm Springs has to offer.If you're looking for a luxurious and comfortable escape, this is the place! We can’t wait to return.

The beds were comfy, the main rooms were spacious and the pool and hot tub were enjoyed by all. A nearby playground was a hit with our 8 year old granddaughter. The location was great and the neighborhood was quiet. Our host was friendly and attentive. A great week all around.
