Welcome to a unique and charming mid-century paradise with tons of #DesertVibes. Tucked away in the highly sought-after area of Little Tuscany and Chino Canyon, this home is equipped host your next desert getaway and charm any guest. Featuring 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (including a well-equipped casita), pool, spa, yard games, an EV-charger in the garage, 2 indoor fireplaces, an outdoor fire pit and more, this home is walking distance to fabulous Las Palmas neighborhood and some parts of the Northern Design District. Hop in an Uber and you are (literally) minutes from downtown and several hiking trails.

This home is ideal for entertaining. You enter the home to a large, formal living room with a bar and gas fireplace, leading to a step-down family room/dining room with your second gas fireplace, overlooking the pool and spa. Step back up to the generous, well-appointed, chef's kitchen and delight your friends with your gourmet skills or continue outside through the glass sliding doors to the sparkling pool and spa. There is lounging for everyone, casual seating areas and a fire feature for day and evening relaxation.
The main house offers two guest rooms and 2 bathrooms. One of them has an ensuite to serve as your primary suite. A great perk of this home is the attached casita offering the third guest room with its own ensuite bath, kitchenette & private entrance. All 3 guest rooms offer king beds and TV's.

The front yard is private, fully fenced for kids and pups and features yard games like giant chess or checkers, cornhole and a putting green while enjoying stunning mountain views. Custom wall murals make the perfect IG-worthy moments. Review the pictures, feel free to ask any questions and book your next Palm Springs vacation!

It is not far away to downtown Palm Springs. With its many attractions, shops, restaurants, and art galleries, you can enjoy what the city has to offer. Other Palm Springs attractions are never far away: multiple tribal casinos (one in downtown Palm Springs) to world-renowned sporting attractions like the BNP Paribas and ANA Inspiration (formerly the Dinah Shore Classic), the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway and Air Museum; in Palm Springs there is something for everyone.

Little Tuscany and the Chino Canyon area is a unique neighborhood of Palm Springs nestled up against the San Jacinto Mountains. The neighborhood has notable architectural and celebrity lineage, with some mid-century homes dotted throughout and its once, highest profile resident, Elvis Presley. It should be noted the city has sound ordinances that are strictly enforced. The owner(s) like to stress this home is ideal for a dream vacation and relaxation but is by no means a “party-central” home. Each guest is expected to be as good a neighbor as the owner(s) themselves. Special events like weddings are NOT allowed.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The photos of the property are accurate though taken years ago. We made the best of our monthly stay but found things in need of a refresh ( uncomfortable chairs, unusable bar stools, outdoor loungers disentigrating and color comimg off on our skin and clothes, pots and pans have had better days , carpeting is ick , beds with craters .... ugh ) The property managers , Scott and Robert are fantasic and respond quickly with anything needed. No complaints there ! Understand that a pet-friendly place may get a little tired but this one cant quite get up and going . Probably fine for a short term stay.

The house was very nice. The kitchen was very well appointed as well as the bathrooms. The pool lounge chairs were also very nice. Loved the decor of the home… one of the reasons we chose it.

Our family loved our stay at the Desert Vibes property. The neighborhood is very quiet and the home had plenty of things to keep the kids busy: pool, putting green, board games, and outdoor chess and checker. We loved the view of the mountains from numerous windows and riding the Palm Springs Tram that was close by. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and dishes. Downtown was a quick couple minutes car ride away and grocery stores were within a few miles drive. Property manager was quick to respond and checked in via text a few times.
