The property was immaculately clean, including the hot tub and pool, and was extremely well stocked to prepare a Thanksgiving meal. I also want to say thank you to Scott for helping us re-arrange our stay when a previous rental ended up not working out, and to Craig for being professional and helpful during our stay. I would definitely recommend the house and Relax Palm Springs to friends and family.

The house is just as pictured, clean, comfortable beds, plenty of activities inside and outside, enjoyed both the pool and hot tub, be aware that it is located in an area that can get windy at times. Host was great! Close to downtown areas. Side note, could use a few more bath and kitchen towels and a cutting board

Visiting from the UK, we were initially let down by another vacation company, but fortunately discovered RSP and their fantastic selection of properties. The house was exactly as described, beautifully comfortable inside and incredibly well equipped, right down to the thoughtful touch of pool towels (much appreciated!)That said, the true highlight was the outdoor space, without a doubt the best designed we’ve experienced anywhere we've previously stayed. The design is exceptional, we made great use of the little golf area, relaxed endlessly in the hammock, and spent countless hours in the pool, reluctant to ever leave.We loved Palm Springs and the surrounding areas so much, that it will be somewhere we'll return in future without a doubt.

They are super responsive and do what is necessary to solve problems. Brad was great in July in dealing with our concern. The house was as described, very functional and pleasant. Great stay!

House was as described, good location, close to downtown Palm Springs and the airport. Outdoor amenities were perfect; firepit, ping pong table, barbecue, outdoor dining table, outdoor seating, hammock, and especially the pool! The property manager Brad was very pleasant and helpful, even recommending some fabulous restaurants. The only negative was that it was very windy. We will definitely be booking this property again!

We were a group of 6 (4 adults and two kids) and stayed here for two sun-filled weeks. The backyard area is WONDERFUL. We enjoyed playing in the pool everyday and all the amenities the backyard had to offer. It's truly a little oasis. The kitchen was well stocked for our cooking needs. The indoor living areas were comfortable and accommodating for our group of 6. The reason I'm rating it a 4 is due to the beds and bathrooms. The queen beds were too hard for my elderly parents (they bought a blow-up mattress to put on top and that fixed the problem). We all agreed that the bathrooms could use some work in one way or another. However, the reasonable nightly rate and the wonderful backyard area helped us overlook these needed improvements.

The glass hood over the kitchen range is too far out over the line of the counter and anyone over 5'6 hits their head repeatedly on the corner of the glass while looking down at the food they are cooking. Also, the beds are remarkably hard. Maybe some foam toppers to soften them a bit? Lastly, there are no drawers in either of the smaller bedrooms: when staying for more than a couple days, it's rough to have to dig through your suitcase every time you change. I would suggest clearing the stuff out of the closets and putting some drawers in them. I have to say that the response time to our 2 big maintanence issues was excellent. It would have been nice not to have any issues, but I know that stuff happens. The backyard is awesome and is THE selling point of the property. Very nice.

Reviewer Comments: I would be happy to speak to the owner of Relax if you would like to call me: Chris Hart. I do not believe this should be part of your rental pool, until the owner renovates the second bathroom in the hallway. It is unacceptable with the toilet within the old framed shower stall. There is leakage of some sort, perhaps a seal at the base of this toilet, you get a dank sewer type smell. The house itself was not clean on arrival, the carpet needed to be shampooed in 2 of the 3 bed rooms with large stains. It needs a general thorough deep cleaning, blankets on couches smelled etc. Brad arranged for the carpet to be cleaned day 2 and promptly arranged for the Keurig coffee maker which was broken on arrival to be replaced. There were a could of lights bulbs out and should be checked before rental. The owner should install a water softener. With a could of improvements and a little more cleaning this rental could be made very nice. The exterior areas are attractive, pool. etc. The water that comes out of the tap was milky for the entire 8 days. All included with VRBO fees we paid about $700 USD per night. we were disappointed in the quality fo this rental.

My girlfriend and I stayed here for a getaway weekend. The property was as advertised - beautiful and relaxing. Our host was professional and responsive at all times. The location was great - 5 minutes to town. I was able to jog to town and back in the morning, then hop in the hot tub to zen out. Amazing stay, thank you.
