Welcome to the Avery house. This well-supplied 3 bedroom home greets you with clean, modern style lines and the sought-after open floor plan.

A completely walled-in backyard ensures total privacy while still providing 360 degree views of the mountains. You'll love hanging out in the backyard, playing shuffleboard or ladder ball while grilling and taking in the beautiful weather from the saltwater pool/ jacuzzi.

The home has recently been updated with tile flooring throughout most of the house most of the house; the two guest bedrooms have new carpet. Just after these pictures, outdooring dining for 6 was added under the shade patio for comfortable poolside dining. The bedrooms feature a king bed in the primary suite while the two guest bedrooms each offer a queen bed.

Los Compadres is a premier neighborhood of Palm Springs. On the South end of town, and wind-free, it is adjacent to Deepwell, Twin Palms and Little Beverly Hills; this neighborhood is rich with architecture and Hollywood history. It should be noted this neighborhood (and the City, too) has sound ordinances that are strictly enforced. Music outside in not permitted and the pool noise curfew is 9PM. The owner likes to stress this home is ideal for a dream vacation and relaxation but is by no means a party-central home. Each guest is expected be as good a neighbor as the owner(s) themselves. Special events like weddings are NOT allowed.

- Per City ordinance, you must be 25 years of age or older to rent this home.
- Pool Heat is optional but available for $69/day; usually appropriate to heat the pool mid-October to late June. Some advertising platforms will have us add pool heat after booking. Feel free to confirm as necessary.
- Where pet(s) are accepted, this is dog(s) only and we cannot host any other kind of animals in our home.

    This fabulous and very quiet vacation rental is located on the edge of Palm Springs in close proximity to the airport. It is very comfortably furnished and looks very new. We enjoyed the pool and the backyard with great views of the mountains. We enjoyed a fabulous, relaxing and comfortable desert vacation in this gorgeous home. The owner and property manager are very nice and made our stay very enjoyable. OUTDOOR LIVING AREAS This accommodation has a pool and heated spa on a terrace with breathtaking views of the mountains. We loved the sunrises and the starry sky over the fire pit at night. We also used the barbecue which worked flawlessly! LIVING AREAS The house is large and sleeps 6 people. The rooms are charming and luxuriously appointed, fully air-conditioned and in fabulous condition. You can tell that comfort is a high priority for the owners, so this property is equipped with many amenities such as flat screen TVs, Wi-Fi internet access, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, easy to use gas fireplace inside and outside, barbecue and plenty of garden furniture. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS The bedroom suites are located at the end of a hallway for maximum privacy and comfort. The master bedroom suite opens to the very well maintained pool, the other two to a quiet front yard. The three bedrooms have California king-size or queen-size beds. Perfect for up to three couples! All in all, our 3-day weekend was an absolute dream! We would love to stay again. Thank you!
