This modern property got a new owner in May 2022 and the entire facility has been modernized resulting in a successful upgrade :)

The house is divided into two levels. On the upper level (in the main house) there are two double bedrooms, a shower room, a living/dining room, a modern kitchen and a terrace.
On the lower level of the house (accessible via the external staircase)there is a double bedroom with air conditioning and en-suite bathroom with direct access to the pool terrace and a very well equipped summer kitchen.
The highlight of the house is undoubtedly the outdoor area around the pool with lounge, sun loungers and the Mediterranean garden.
The view of the sea, the Bay of Roses and the hinterland of the Alt Empordá can be experienced here undisturbed and with an uncompromising view, just great! Experience your best and most valuable time of the year in this holiday home.

The fishing village of Roses is about 3km away and the adjacent beaches and towns are only a few minutes drive away.

    A wonderful villa set in a peaceful elevated residential setting. I would find it hard,if not impossible, to imagine anyone not having more than enough here to ensure a fantastic experience. This extends from having endlessly satisfying panoramic views to the flexibility of utilising a modern flexible two storey accommodation space which is very well equipped and able to flex to a range of ages and family compositions.Further, it is ideally situated to access a variety of places of interest and enjoyment: historical artistic coastline mountains. For those without a wish to travel and utilise car hire, relax and let the world go by. However, car hire is essential for accessing local amenities with the reassuring knowledge of having a private parking space. Daphne our host was excellent who has abilities to be as involved as needed. Warm professional approachable and client oriented. Inevitably in this setting there are steps to negotiate and being English we needed the skills of our tech savvy children to obtain English on the TV but then again who needs TV especially here! Barcelona was accessible via rail from Figueres which was a real bonus for us.Do hesitate to seriously consider booking, we would return and utilise Daphne’s company and services without doubt.
