PROPERTY 100 M FROM THE BEACH

Excellent location, plenty to do in the area. Would certainly go again

We had a very good time in the house, which was fully in line with what has been advertised on the webportal. The host is very friendly, helpful and flexible. The house is well designed with a spacious garden in a calm neighborhood. It is close to lovely beaches and a good starting point to discover the Bretagne. We can recommend it without any reservations.

This house was so clean, so pristine, we often felt we were the first visitors ever to step through the door. Exactly as seen in the pictures, arguably nicer - bright, airy, everything one could need for a comfortable, relaxing stay. The host was helpful in his welcome upon our arrival. The beds were very comfortable - our two teenage boys shared the split-level room which has a double bed above the two singles. Excellent showers, very well-equpped and clean (I'll keep emphasising this!) kitchen. The area was very peaceful, the tide goes out for miles offering wonderful beach walks. We cycled each morning, on some of the bikes provided, into the village to get bread and patisserie from the boulangerie (highly recommended) and there is also a pharmacy and small supermarket there, all less than a 10 minute stroll from the house. Thank you, Henri, for providing us with a jewel of a property for our relaxing family holiday. Oh, and by the way, we nicknamed your robot lawnmower Mavis...

We had a great time here in Henri’s beautiful house. Everything was perfect, the house, the surrounding area and only about 100 metres from the beach! ( A very easy walk on the flat) The house was very well equipped, just exactly like being at home. All the equipment all over the house was of a high standard. Linens and towels were excellent quality. We enjoyed the BBQ and we had mostly good weather despite the time of year. The blinds in the house encouraged long sleeps. Very good for keeping light out! Great to have a bedroom downstairs if, like me, your walking isn’t too great!! In the basement there is a washing machine, a tumble dryer and freezer. Lots of quality outdoor seating and sun umbrellas. The garden is large and well kept. This house is really beautiful, we will return for sure. Henri was a good host, communication was very good at all times. We would be very happy to have stayed longer. Lots of beautiful beaches close to the house. St Pol de Leon with it’s many restaurants and shops close by. In the village there is a small shop, a bakery, a pharmacy and a small bar/ cafe. Morlaix is only about 20 minutes away and worth a visit. Henri left us some nice Breton goods to begin our holiday. We enjoyed that too! There is a large two man kayak and several bicycles. We didn’t use them but they were there, all in very good condition. There were life jackets as well. Book it, you won’t be sorry!

This is a really nice and spacious property; full of light and a large private garden It was exactly what we hoped for. Peaceful and comfortable and within 50 yards of a lovely beach and close to many others. Roscoff and St Pol are very close with good markets Tuesday and Wednesday. Highly recommended

Santec is a charming small village, offering the perfect spot for many day excursions. This property was spotlessly clean, fully equipped with anything you possibly could need during your stay and a short 100m from a wonderful, long beach! It honestly exceeded my expectations and the owner was very helpful and prompt in communication! Highly recommend this and I would come back in a heartbeat!

We spent two weeks in this very nice house with its very well equipped kitchen, nice garden and perfect location. Henri is a very nice and helpful host. We felt very comfortable here.
