This place was truly amazing. Comfortable and very convenient. The whole setup and decoration was very neat. The house has everything you would need on vacation. Waking up looking outside was amazing. The guest was awesome as well

Am an Active Uniform Service member i did Stay in this Peaceful Townhouse birdwatching SP Island and Mexico Apt. B from July 15-18 with my Wife and 3 Kids, this house is beautiful , you do don't have to go book Hotel in South Padre Island this house is close South Padre only 30 minutes drive. I recommend this place to any one especially if you have kids, they have everything you need i even BBQ. Owner Good job ill come again next year when i retire to stay there.

We stayed 2 months and loved our time there, the lake is full of wildlife that’s great to watch, the location was close to everything we wanted to do and our dog loved the place. We already booked next year.

Great views & communication with the host. It was clean but not as pristine as a previous stay. Allow for a lot of extra time in either of the showers you use to accommodate the low water pressure. Be sure to bring shower gel since we ran out after our 1st day. Aside from those minor things, I would stay there again.

Great property, the view is outstanding. The house is very comfortable and open. Wish there was stronger water pressure but overall i would definitely stay again. Thanks

Great spot to stay; has a wonderful backyard view… close to downtown, and lots of restaurants… It is my go to place to stay in the valley.

We so enjoyed our stay at this VRBO! The townhome was full of amenities and comfortable. We especially liked relaxing on the back patio listening to the birds and soaking up the water scene scape. Our reason for visiting Brownsville was to see Starbase which did not disappoint. One day we drove to South Padre Island. This rental is modern, relaxing, and a great place to spend a vacation. Will definitely stay again when we next visit Starbase.

We chose this location because we were in town for Sombrero Fest. It was super convenient and watching the sucks and other water fowl was great

Interesting local neighborhood leading to a beautiful duplex with amazing views. The rental was gorgeously decorated. The bed was extremely comfortable, also with a great view and private balcony. We were missing kitchen towels for drying dishes but there were paper towels. The shampoo and conditioner seemed left over from previous renters and there was no body wash in the main bathroom but I always travel with my own. The shower is a rainfall type with no pressure which some people prefer and my husband said the other shower had low pressure as well. There were plenty of kitchen supplies for cooking at home and we discovered some good local Mexican restaurants. There also was no detergent for the washer and dryer located in the unit. We would stay there again when in the area.

This is the third time we stay here. It is perfection. We area booked for next month! And the host, incredible! Please book here if you want to have a memorable experience.

I was there before and we liked it

Located right on a resaca, Ebony Lake, which fills with the unique birds of the RGV. If you are a birder, this is your place. Comfortable patio to relax and watch birds fly in and out. The townhouse is well appointed and quiet.
