House Host was very welcoming answer quickly to any texts, view was awesome. All appliances worked good shape love the two stoves and the six refrigerators plenty of room for food and drinks. Chef‘s kitchen was awesome. Love the porches even though it was too cold to sit there long plenty of parking kids love the playroom. We would stay again..

Very nice property in a great location!

Kitchen was spacious and well equipped with everything we needed. The home was excellent; for all the kids were very busy the whole stay with plenty to do & entertained. As well as all adults were comfortable and we all had lots of places to sit & congregate. Loved the fire pit, kayaks, flotation devices and the kids play room. The view from the boat dock deck was georgeous as well as from the fire pit. We will definately book this house again if available.

Wonderful property! House has everything from multiple crock pots to kids gear to kayaks and paddle boards. We had a fantastic week on the beautiful lake. The beach area is a huge plus. Lots of room and 4 full sized refrigerators and an extra freezer in garage. The slide was enjoyed by all along with the fire pit and hammocks. Highly recommend.

Check in was smooth, and communication was timely and easy! We didn’t do a ton of cooking but the kitchen was extremely well labeled and had what we needed. The property was amazing - we thought it was too good to be true but it wasn’t! Extremely spacious and amazing for all ages. Loved the screened in porch. Only negative was the bunk beds were very squeaky, so be cognizant of that in case you have many people in that room. Other beds were comfy. Hosts and caretaker were very responsive!

19 family members gathered at this beautiful house and we had an amazing time. The house is so spacious and there is so much to do. The slide was enjoyed by ‘kids’ of all ages. The paddle boards and kayaks got so much use. Many fish were caught…big and small. S’mores were enjoyed around the fire pit and of course swimming and floating….endless hours in the water. The hosts and property manager were accessible and friendly. A perfect vacation spot. We highly recommend this vacation spot.

Promise Point was everything we could have asked for. Our group absolutely loved the house itself, the property, and all of the amenities. It was perfect for a long weekend away from home - we especially enjoyed the table within the screened in porch that accommodated 20 adults - was lovely to catch up with friends sitting out overlooking the lake. The house was clean, the hosts were great & responsive, and everything went wonderfully. We would highly recommend this property!

We had a fantastic time at Promise Point at an extended family Christmas! This was our second time staying, and even though we've added family members since our stay in 2020, there was still plenty of room for all of us. We enjoyed playing pool and poker, cooking together in the kitchen, gathering in the large living room for family singalongs, and enjoying s'mores by the fire pit. Some of our younger guests even did a polar plunge. We loved our time together and are looking at possibly booking a summertime trip down the road to enjoy all the lake amenities. Thank you for sharing your home with us again!

Our group has been doing yearly “cabin weekends” for the last ten years and it now includes kiddos. The house is massive and had so much space for all the different friends and families to spread out. It had tons of games and kid-friendly activities, so much so that we curtailed our plans to explore a local vineyard so we could just play all together in the backyard! We loved it and will probably be back again next year!

If you're looking for a great stay on Lake Anna- look no farther! We had a great experience and the hosts are awesome, we really enjoyed the house. Beautiful location, great amenities, the dock was awesome, and the fire pit was lots of fun! It couldn't have been better.

Large group of 17, everyone’s first time at Lake Anna… We are in love! This house is situated perfectly in a small private cove, which gave us such peace of mind for our kids swimming in the lake. All communication to the owners and the property manager was extremely efficient and thorough. We brought two jet skis which fit at the dock perfectly, in addition to the pontoon boat we rented for the week. Definitely a vacation to remember!

This was a Family Reunion - with 5 children ages 2 months up to 8 years old, young adults from 24 years old up to 35 and then the rest adults up to 90! We had 20 + people including the children. The house was comfortable, outfitted well and equipped for everyone. The enclosed porches and outdoor areas were great and so much fun! We never had to leave the premises!

We had an amazing time with a few families for a long summer weekend. This home has everything you need and truly gorgeous views of the lake. The huge screened in porch was an extra bonus. We were planning to rent a boat but decided against it since the ho use had so much to offer. The slide kept our kids entertained as well as the large deck where they caught tons of fish. The rooms and kitchen were spacious. We had a blast and would definitely return.

We had an awesome extended-family weekend at Promise Point! Our favorite thing about this house was that all beds were king size (besides the bunk room where we put the kids), so we all slept so well despite being a large group! Beautiful views and lake swimming, great communication from the Property Manager. We hope to book again! :)
