We had a wonderful stay in Lakewood! The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable. Everything felt welcoming from the moment we walked in.The location was a huge highlight. Being in walking distance to great restaurants and gyms made our family visit so easy and enjoyable. The neighborhood felt safe, lively, and full of charm.The host was responsive and thoughtful, ensuring we had everything we needed. Truly one of those stays where you wish you could add an extra day… or three.Highly recommend to anyone visiting Lakewood!

Spectacular house and a phenomenal host. Highly recommend this property.

Everyone loved it here. It was nice having your own room. It’s only about 15-20 drive, to get to everything we wanted to do. The property manager and owner were very sweet and helpful. I would recommend staying here.

The house has a welcoming character. The front porch is magical. Lots of stairs like an old house does, good and creaky. We had a plumbing issue but Susan acted quickly. She is a great host.

This a great old house with all of the character in the perfect neighborhood in Cleveland. We got everywhere we wanted in 15 mins, easily. Hosts are very accommodating and friendly.

Wonderful, quirky Victorian home. Yes, it may be squeaky, but that's part of the charm! Stacked kitchen, charming grounds and surrounded by plenty of restaurants and bars.

Great location lovely place

There's something unique and magnificent about Victorian houses, We are huge fans of the style, hence choosing this place for our trip. However, this home is one of the best maintained Victorians we've ever stayed in. Other perks, The location is superb. The woodwork is beyond gorgeous. The AC worked well and beat the heat. The king bed was comfortable. I loved the curved Victorian courting bench, and my husband serenaded me with the Wurlitzer piano. Thank you for a memorable holiday.

It needs significant renovations.

My son passed his Bar Exam we all got together to celebrate. Property was close to the restaurants in Lakewood we like to visit.

We were in Cleveland for the Billy Joel concert. We picked this house because of the charm it had and the number of bathrooms and bedrooms. We basically lived on that front porch - so cozy with a lovely ge the breeze The only negative to the stay was that the 2nd bathroom was in the basement. A bit far from the besrooms

We loved staying in this very large house with lots of character, many amenities and a great location in a beautiful neighbourhood west of Cleveland. Our host was very responsive, friendly and helpful with many tips for an enjoyable stay. I would definitely go back.

We came to take our children to Cedar Point n visit friends. Perfect place to stay! Host is wonderful!

The house served all of our needs as we were in town to visit family. The house was easy to find and access and all the supplies were available to us to make it our home away from home. The host communicated very well on our visit to ensure we had all the details we needed.

The Owner/Host is very kind, communicative and helpful. The home certainly has “character” - if you are charmed by that. That said, be aware the home is quite old and virtually any movement will be heard throughout the house. Plenty of bedrooms - a major advantage for larger families/groups; but inadequate bathrooms (two small bathrooms), inconveniently located for all but the second floor. Shower arrangements are poor and possibly hazardous, particularly for those who may be elderly or physically challenged. Second floor bathroom includes a claw foot bath tub, risky to climb into or out of, encircled by a barely adequate plastic shower curtain. The downstairs bathroom (2 floors down from the main bedrooms on second floor) - actually in a dungeon-like basement and quite possibly put together as part of an eighth grade shop project - has a standup shower, quite tiny, with a plastic curtain door that will hopefully keep most of the water in. It’s a musty, damp basement and your towels will most likely not dry. The home is in need of fairly significant maintenance, old well-worn furniture, things don’t work (it’s an adventure to find light switches that work), and some items are in need of significant repair (the vanity top in the dungeon bathroom, for example, is not quite attached to it’s base - don’t lean on it!). Also, be very careful backing out of the driveway as you immediately back onto a fairly busy street - quite dangerous! Stair Handrails are inadequate.

We loved our stay here! My family came to visit Lakewood and Cleveland and this was a great location. The home was charming and as advertised, plenty of space for my husband, two kids and my parents to all stay comfortably. Beautiful home and wonderful neighborhood!

We had a delightful time. The house was clean and tidy. We couldn’t find a hairdryer but it didn’t slow us down.
