    This is our 4th time in Prominence. Different unit every time. Love this place for the quick access to the pool...out the door and across the street!

    We had a great stay! The home was very clean and well decorated which made it very easy to relax and enjoy. The balcony was also well cleaned…so you can enjoy it! I must say the property manager for this home was amazing. I stayed at a different property a month ago managed by Vacasa Florida and it was horrible…did not resolve anything! Do not stay at a property managed by them…it was truly awful! Oversee was very responsive and resolved the issues we had immediately. Oh and the amenities were nice.. I will definitely stay here again!

    Across the street from the Big Chill. Directly across from the pool. Balcony great for coffee & cocktails with View of the Big Chill. Great spot if you have children

    The area we stayed at was great! 30a was fun for all ages. The actual place that we stayed at could use some improvements. The house does look like the pictures that are listed but once you get there it’s a bit different. You can see the touch up paint that they did throughout the inside of the house. The floor was dirty as it left our feet black the first day there. The carpet in the room looked dirty because of the dirty floor as well. Couldn’t walk barefooted in the house and no mop to clean it with. As someone that likes home cooking/grilling one of the amenities was that grills were available but the house we stayed at didn’t have any grilling utensils and only one pan to cook on. Most of the beach accessories they had are outdated and broken. There wasn’t bedding for the pull out couch so we called the property managers and they provided us with extra blankets. I think I remember reading a review about a bloody pillow and when we got there the pillow was still there. They were also able to provide us with new pillows and pillow covers since most didn’t have any. For the amount of money that one pays to vacation at such a location we expected more but we’re given limited amount of toilet paper and trash bags and had to purchase our own. But we appreciated the napkins, dish soap, soap for dishwasher, and laundry detergent. I would say that they’d take into consideration the amount of people staying when providing necessities to the visitors. We also had problems with the pool codes that were provided. The first one was not working for us and I emailed the property managers. They emailed back a different code and when we tried that it didn’t work either. The security personnel on the property provided us with a code and said that the one that was given to us was old! Speaking of codes, when entering the one at the home the handle to the door needs to be pulled up to open and not down. One last thing, not a necessity but as a person who likes looking in the mirror for outfit check, a long mirror would be much appreciated to see how an outfit looks!

    Overall, this was a great townhome that was beautiful, clean and in a good location. The process of checking in, checking out, etc was all easy and effortless. The only major setback on this property was the beds. The beds, linens and pillows were so not comfortable at all. Feel like we got no good sleep this weekend because of it too. For the price of this stay, we were very disappointed with the comfort of the beds, specifically pillows and sheets. If you're staying here, I'd suggest to pack your own pillows for this. Otherwise, it was a great stay, clean, updated, and beautiful and loved the pool.

    We had a great experience with our 12 Milestone C rental. The townhouse we clean and very nicely designed/decorated. The only issue we had was using the pullout sofa. The mattress for it was extremely thin and uncomfortable. After reaching out to Oversee they quickly sent someone with a mattress topper ? our guest just ended up sleeping on the couch instead of unfolding it. Will stay here again next year!

    Great location! The community pool was awesome. Townhouse was equipped with everything we needed. It was great to have the bikes with locks to ride down to the beach access. We’ll be back.

    Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was super clean and well stocked with all we needed. The beds were very comfortable. Oh by the way...this property is as close as you can get to a beautiful pool and grill. We will be back.
