Stayed Jul 26, 2025Absolutely the worst place we've ever stayed! We came with our 4 little kids, 3 under 7 and an infant. The floors were dirty, kitchen was barely wiped, and looked really dirty. We arrived and the place barely felt clean. Bunkbed sheets were clearly not washed, had a wrapper in them and sand. The fridge was not cooling so I had to freeze some of our meats, the next day someone came and put dry ice in our fridge and everything froze. When we opened the pull out couch, it was disgusting, wrappers and trash everywhere. AC was not working upstairs, it was 79 degrees, got up to 81. Someone came out and didnt fix it til the next day so we slept in 79 degrees it was miserable. Also our last night AC stopped working again. We called the number to get it fixed and no one came out, so again slept in 79 degrees. Also killed a huge cockroach on the ceiling upstairs,t hen multiple baby roaches on the couch. One almost crawled on my infant who is only a month old. Roaches in the laundry room. The place is disgusting and dirty. We love 30A and come every year but this is the worst experience we've had!

Stayed Sep 20, 2024We loved our recent stay in Prominence. The location is perfect for family activities across the street at The Big Chill and a close drive to other popular towns. The space was perfect for our children, too. We were able to fit a pack n play in the primary bathroom to give our toddler his own space, plus there is room in the bunkroom closet for another pack n play. The space downstairs was roomy and enjoyable for our party of 4 adults and 3 little ones.

Stayed Jul 8, 2024Great location for family - second time we've stayed here - close proximity walking distance to community pool and the Big Chill - and surrounding areas such as Seaside for shopping and Rosemary Beach for fine dining options.

Stayed Jun 5, 2024We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. We liked that it was an end unit, garage full of bikes and beach stuff. Love the pool here and the fact that it’s close to restaurants. Highly recommend!

Stayed Mar 8, 2024The House was very pretty and clean. Close to restaurants and shopping. Enjoyed the golf cart and bicycles that are included. Would definitely visit again.

Stayed Dec 26, 2023The location is great ... end unit, and across from The Big Chill where we could just walk to get food or watch the football games on the Jumbotron. The unfortunate thing was that the Deer Lake bridge was under construction so getting to Seaside required going the extremely long detour.
