Location is amazing. Property is a bit worn but the air conditioning is great, beds are comfy and water is all around you.

Overall the house was lovely! The beds were extremely comfortable and access to the beach was great. We had so much fun fishing off of the dock on the back of the house. The best surprise where the games for the family to play when it was raining and the toys for our little one. The only thing that was confusing were the light switches and the dryer took longer to dry the clothes. I would love to stay here again.

Perfect location to enjoy both the bay and the beach! Seen lots of dolphins in the bay! Less than 5 minute walk over to the beach! There were both board games, sand toys, a soccer ball, and beach chairs available. The upstairs is an open floor plan with not having a door however the two main bedrooms have bedroom doors. I would note being I have a toddler, the back yard wasn’t entirely enclosed. The driveway into the home didn’t have a working gate to enclose the entire yard however I just parked the car there to avoid a large open way to the main road. Kitchen was supplied with pots, glass ware, silverware; and a functioning clean washer and dryer. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Thank you so much!

Overall, the property was just as described, barbecue grill needs replaced. I did put a new regulator hose on it because the old one was leaking badly, the location absolutely perfect for what I like on my vacation

We lucked out finding this house because it was 2 doors down from where several of our friends were staying. It's just a short walk to the beach, short enough to run home for bathroom breaks or lunch. We spent a lot of time at the beach. We also enjoyed dining on the porch and sitting on the dock watching the water traffic, we even saw a turtle swim by. This house had a lot of character and we were very comfortable. We really enjoyed the family room. It was clean inside but outside was left a little less clean. The renters before us hadn't put out the trash so we had full trash cans for nearly our entire week stay. They also left a dirty plate on the porch. The sand toys were spread all over and we found a dirty rag and trash in the yard. There are a few things inside that need fixing, a dresser drawer upstairs and a couple of drawers in the kitchen. But all in all we had a great week and didn't want to leave! I will add the property manager was quick to respond when needed.

We stayed for 12 days during spring break and this property is the best!! Right in the heart of treasure island and things to do everywhere. Perfect size for 4-6 people. Only downfall is the 1 bathroom, but we made it work!

We saw dolphins off the back dock within an hour of arriving. 10 minute walk to dining and groceries. Property was clean and homey. Had a wonderful trip.

Great house in Treasure Island. Close to many resturants and activities. Easy walk across the street to the beach. Property manager was very responsive with and concerns.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. Cute house with a great little dock in the back for fishing and boat watching. Short walk to the beach. Great location to many things to see and restaurants. Fun little tiki bar for a frozen drink right next to the beach access. Could use a few more wine glasses and there were some stains on some of the curtains/bedspreads (Not really that big of a deal). We enjoyed the good selection of games at the house. The house is on a busy road and was a little noisy at night. Overall a good experience.

The dock was good and handy. It’s not a no wake zone at the property so need to have good tie down process to handle boat wakes if you leave boat in water. The driveway is not user friendly for getting a boat trailer in the back of property it is VERY narrow and boat trailers will not make it through.
