We feel so fortunate to have booked this house. The house exudes coastal charm and has the most amazing view of Barnstable Harbor. The small, quaint, historic town was a short walk away with everything we needed.

Very clean and well-stocked house. Feels like a brand new house. No tacky decorations like so many rentals. Very comfortable bed in primary. Great beach chairs. Owner very responsive to any issues. Would return in a heartbeat.

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful Cape Cod home. The views were absolutely stunning - sunrise breakfast on the back deck and sunset cocktails on the upper deck overlooking the harbor quickly became our favorite routines. This house is located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood, perfect for relaxing and recharging. inside, everything was spotless, well-stocked, and comfortably furnished -clearly cared for with attention to detail. This was one of the most enjoyable and seamless vacation stays we’ve had. We will absolutely be back!

First, the house is lovely and fully equipped. We fully enjoyed our stay even during a nor’easter where we played games and observed the storm. Once the storm passed we immediately saw how beautiful this location is. We loved walking down to the town waterway and exploring. We enjoyed sandy neck (bring beach pass) to go walking and exploring. There are people constantly walking and enjoying the neighborhood. Everyone is so friendly including a neighbors dog, Foxy that visited us and was a highlight of the trip. The home is very comfortable and everything is provided. We can’t say enough about our stay. We loved looking out at the water while reading books, playing chess on the porch and just chatting. Everyone including our kids appreciated no tv. .

We had the best time staying at this beautiful house! The view was incredible, the place was very clean and had everything we needed (there isn’t a TV, but we didn’t miss it). The location was great, we loved going to Nirvana every morning for coffee! The only problem we had was the access code not working on check in and throughout our stay, but thankfully someone answered when I called and gave us a backup solution. We’d definitely stay here again!

I recently stayed at the Barnstable Harbor Home, and it was an absolutely delightful experience! This charming property is perfectly situated right on the water, offering stunning views and a tranquil atmosphere. The home is beautifully maintained, combining cozy elegance with modern amenities. The spacious living area is filled with natural light, making it a great spot to unwind. The kitchen is well-equipped, allowing us to prepare memorable meals together. Each bedroom is comfortable and tastefully decorated, providing a peaceful retreat. We especially enjoyed the outdoor space, where we spent many evenings soaking in the views and enjoying the fresh air. The location is fantastic for those looking to relax by the water, and it’s just a short drive to local shops and restaurants. Communication with the Vacasa team was seamless, and check-in was a breeze. Overall, the Barnstable Harbor Home is a hidden gem in Barnstable. It’s perfect for families or friends seeking a relaxing getaway in a beautiful setting. I can't wait to return! Highly recommended!

This late September and early October offered some great fishing in Barnstable Harbor. Fly Fishing from the sand flats at low tide and along the shore and marshes at high tide yielded a bounty of stripe bass. A trip out in the harbor fluke, flounder and even bigger stripers. We also dug some clams and quahogs. We had easy access from this shorefront property after enjoying a brisk coffee and watching sunrise from the upstairs deck. We cooked the fish on the weber grill and enjoyed early dinner on the lower deck; everything was there for us. Stocked kitchen, linens, coffee, we enjoyed eating in as much as going to local restaurants and coffee shops within walking distances. Clean and nicely decorated we enjoyed our stay.

We love the Cape this time of year, and this home enhanced our experience. It was clean, comfortable and charming. The attention to detail was apparent from the fully stocked kitchen, with its beautiful blue willow dishes, to the binoculars provided to observe the harbor while enjoying the spectacular sunset. We would definitely recommend and will be returning.

Darn near everything. Upstairs deck was great for evening cocktails and beautiful views all day but sunset in particular. We arrived on 8/31 and left in the early morning 9/8 and loved every minute we were there. It was our first time in Barnstable and I suspect we’ll be back.

What an incredible spot, easy walk to the village, library, Nirvana, and an easy drive to the marina, whale watch and so much more. Pro tip: morning coffees on the outdoor decks are a must do - the views are spectacular. Thank you!

We booked this wonderful home to bring our family together for the week. The communication was terrific, the place was very clean, and the home was well equipped with everything we needed. Highlights included the decks on the first and second floor, the beach pass, the grill, the great (quiet) neighborhood, the access to shops, restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance and many other things too numerous to mention. We would highly recommend this spot!

It was immaculate, well-stocked, (including toiletries, paper goods, and detergents) and everything worked! This is our first cape vacay where my elderly dad wasn’t puttering fixing something, combatting bugs or rodents, or mentioning something that could be different! We were wishing we had booked more time here!
