Private Victorian Guest House Loft. 10 minutes to downtown Omaha!

Novel little loft. Clean and a very short clean up list. Perfect for a single traveler.

The stairs are twisty narrow small. Not for the bigger than average size person to maneuver…as is the bathroom. Neighbors were loud. Revving engines & loud noises. There was a large metal storage container blocking the view of the entrance. I walked around it, w/caution, and saw the entrance.The place needed a much deeper cleaning. There was something in the kitchen sink strainer, when I put the toilet seat lid down you could see that it hadn’t been cleaned thoroughly, and the towels had stains on them.

Overall a great little place at a great price. The inside was a little dirty with cobwebs and just kind of general grime, but nothing horrible. It was in a little rough shape with some damage to the property but that stuff is expensive to fix and didn't detract from the experience! My only issues are maybe a little deeper cleaning and the fridge didn't seem to work very well.

I had a great stay at this property! I stayed here for one night as a part of my cross country road trip. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. I got a great night’s sleep. Council Bluffs is a very beautiful town. If I’m ever in the area again I would stay here again!

Fun and quaint place to stay! It was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. It was cool staying in a place that was built in 1908! It was also private which was very nice. Nice neighborhood with other Victorian houses to see as well. Would stay again!

A nice stay for two! Very quiet neighborhood just a short walk away from the Dodge Museum and local cafes. Would recommend!

We ended up having a last minuet schedule change, but the host was super nice and helped us reschedule to a different weekend.

This was a very cozy and comfortable stay in a unique, historical section of Council Bluffs. It was very clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

This cozy nook was a blessing! It was very clean and comfortable for my dog and myself. It was fun learning about the historical part of the property. It is close to downtown council bluffs. Farther away from downtown Omaha than expected. More like 15 minutes. I sent a te xt to owner about how cute the place was, but received no response. Other than those small items, I highly recommend!!!

Stair well was a complete surprise. We managed . We like older charming places so we understand how this all goes .C comfortable bed.

The room is adorable and clean. The host definitely thought of everything to make you feel at home. It felt like stepping back in time! The stairs to get to the room were the old fashion wooden twisty stairs and the bathroom/kitchen had old fashion sinks. I loved that! The surrounding neighborhoods are also beautiful to drive through. I had a lovely stay!

Property was great and all we needed for our stay. Neighborhood was convenient location, walking distance to downtown CB, UP Railroad museum, Dodge historical home. Location was about 5-10 mins to points of intereat.
