Private Uptown Cottage! Walk to Freret, Tulane & St. Charles Street Car

Great location and host. I’ll definitely try and reserve again. This is right where I wanted to be located near everything you would want. 5 star.

Paul was an amazing host. He made sure we were comfortable and settled in. He provided a list of places to see and eat. The parking was right outside the door. Freret street is within a blocks walk with shopping and restaurants near by. The cottage was exactly as described clean, nicely decorated and AC was ice cold. Great on hot and humid days. Very close to the Street car. And easy access to the French Quarter. Only thing negative is the bed is small could use a queen or King size bed in room. Totally enjoyed our first time in NO and would definitely stay here again. Also take the Ragin Cajun swamp tour great trip. Thanks Paul and Morgan.

I had a great experience with this rental. It is exactly as described. Communication was excellent with the host and check in was super easy. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. Plenty of street parking. I was able to park right in front of the house. I door-dashed from Rouses easily and was able to relax comfortably after a long day roaming the French Quarter. Very nice sized bathroom and great shower. The bed was comfortable too. I would definitely book again!!

The corttage was very clean and all appliances/systems worked well. They have made very good use of a small space. I would say that this property is the size of a jr hotel suite. It is in a great location (Uptown) adjacent to restaurants/bars and the grocery store is literally around the corner. The hosts were proactively communicative and ensured we had everything we need. If you want a cozy, clean accomodation this will suit you. We had no problem with on street parking. Don't miss the cocktail bar Cure when you are there. Great food as well.

Small but great place!! Comfortable. Kitchen out fitted with everything you could need. Even the knives were sharp. Coffee maker is a kuerig, they supply the cups, but we brought our own. Parking 8 feet from the door. Shower flow a 10. Bed a little firmer than we're use to but not too firm. Slept well. Washer and dryer privided detergent. Great part of town with restaurants, coffee shops and grocery within walking distanct. Host outstanding! Very accommodating. Ran low on paper towels and tp which they replaced almost immediately without being intrusive. On a scale of 1 - 10 this was 11.

Great location with several local places to eat and drink. There is a bus stop within a block or so, so if you use public transportation, it's super convenient, too. The accommodations were perfect for my stay. Paul was great to deal with and responded promptly when I had questions.

This little house was perfect for our quiet romantic get away. Such a great neighborhood with walkable market and restaurants. The house was clean and exactly as described. We made use of the deep bath tub too. Paul was always super responsive. Already talking about renting here again!

Great location, very nice house and host

Felt like home. I like the the feel of how it feel to stay in a real new orleans neighborhood that was peaceful with a %100 privacy. The Host was Great in communication.

Everything as described. Very clean and inviting. Perfect size for a couple or friends to stay for a few days adventure in the Big Easy!!! We will be back!!

Clean.easy to find.new appiances. Air condtioner is great. Unit is small but you know before hand. Only thing i would change is a step to the porch. You cant beat the area. Stores and restaurants close and you can safely walk anywhere. We did. StCharles street is few blocks away if you want to ride the street cars. I will be back.

We were very impressed with this little house. It is very nice and close to many activities, restaurants, and shopping. The only concern we had is that the door lock is electronic and there is no way to lock it from the inside. Otherwise it was perfect.

The neighborhood was quiet and close to several restaurants and a grocery store. The house came equipped with anything you would need. Parking is just a few steps away from the house. I felt safe and comfortable just like being at home.

Early check in was available & host is very open & communicative. Only note: make sure you HOLD the door closed while you push the “lock” button- or it will open & the deadbolt engages with it open. Beautiful space & furnishings, parking right at the door…overall a very lovely stay.
