Private Tropical Paradise with new pool and massage chair

This was such an awesome, unique place, with surf gear, art, and beach vibes. Near Cocoa Beach and everything we needed. The kids loved having their own pool. Captain Rick was very responsive.

We had such a wonderful stay at this home. The pool and backyard were absolutely amazing, perfect for relaxing, spending time outside, and really enjoying the space. It felt like a private little oasis.What really stood out, though, was how comfortable and welcoming the house felt. It’s not overly fancy, but that’s exactly what made it so special it truly felt like home. Everything was cozy, inviting, and easy to settle into right away.If you’re looking for a place where you can unwind, feel comfortable, and enjoy a great outdoor space, this is it. We would definitely stay here again! Plus the location was perfect.

Captain Ricks tropical paradise was great! The outside pool area was very nice and relaxing. The home was clean and had everything we needed and more! Nice quiet neighborhood, close to everything. We enjoyed walking downtown a few times and the ice cream shop! Captain Rick was a great host! We would definitely stay again.

Captain Rick was an amazing host, from the moment we arrived he reached out to see that we had everything we needed. Each morning started with a message of interest in how our stay was going. Great location, the house was very welcoming. Beautiful backyard with pool. Would love to visit when it was warm enought to use.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was in a quiet neighborhood convenient to beaches, restaurants, supermarkets, etc. The house was clean with everything we needed. Very nice pool as well. Capt. Rick was a great host and checked in with us periodically to make sure our stay was going well and provided updates on when to expect pool service, etc. Would stay here again!

The property was everything check in was flawless just don’t get locked out without remembering the code! The pool was so nice, the massage chair we all loved! The kitchen has everything u have at home u only need to bring food to cook frfr! The host is awesome and very reachable at all times that was the best feeling per my cousin! We stayed an extra day because it was so nice and relaxing!

We enjoyed our stay and would love to stay there again.

It was an amazing stay. The pool was just so great! My family also enjoyed the massaging chair. It’s definitely a perfect spot to stay for Cocoa beach. It’s close by lots of shops and the beach.

The stay here was awesome! Very nice location! Close to beaches things to do places to eat! Easy to contact owner if needed! Would recommend to family or a couple!

This place is exactly as advertised. The home is surrounded by palm trees and feels very tropical. The pool was in perfect condition and loved by all. Mattresses were comfortable and the house was spotless upon arrival. The neighborhood is very peaceful and the beach is walkable. Capt Rick was easy to communicate with and arrival was a cinch. Our family of four (kids 4 and 6) would gladly stay here again!Thanks Capt Rick!

I can’t say enough great things about this vacation home! The location was ideal, close to the beach and amazing restaurants, yet peaceful and private. The kitchen was fully stocked. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing retreat.

Super clean house with a private pool in a great neighborhood. Excellent communication by the host, immediately attentive to any needs whatsoever. All needs were covered though, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. 5 star all the way.

Capt. Rick was a great host - communicative & accommodating. The house was just what we needed while waiting for our house to be available to move in. Floating in the pool definitely made me forget the stressors of life. We grilled out in the backyard oasis too. We would stay there again and recommend friends & family to do the same. Great location to buzz around town too.

Easy check-in to a very barefoot clean original hardwood and terrazzo flooring home. Very comfortable mattress with simple amenities. The fresh air pool worked great for this stay. Great private backyard and the location is perfect for getting to downtown Cocoa Beach.

Had an excellent stay here the backyard is like your own retreat with an awesome pool. Host is communicative. Close to the beach and many restaurant's. Also the bed is actually comfortable which was a nice surprise. Thanks again!
