Private studio less than a mile from the beach, with Full Kitchen and Bathroom

Place was perfect for what I needed. Area is quiet close to everything in Oceanside

Had a little problem with the Cable Tv after the first day, but, since we were out and about almost the whole time, no problem with us. Host surprised about the lost connection. had we approached him about it, he would have quickly fixed it. Otherwise, quite splendid. Would go again. Would recommend it for certain.

Even though Brad was remodeling the backyard when we stayed there, he made sure to have all amenities available like a fire pit, bbq, and my wife and I sat at a little table late night enjoying the ocean breeze.The studio in itself is perfect for a couple or even one person to sit, relax and breath some fresh air.

Really nice accommodations, great parking space, close to everything, super quiet, definitely will seek service here first, too see if its available.....

Everything about this place was awesome. It was clean, fully working kitchen, bed was comfy. I met the property owner. One of the nicest people I've met!! I fully recommend anyone to stay here.

The interior was great. Nice look. Clean. I'm sure we were too noisy for him. Our dog was triggered by everything in the neighborhood. Sorry about that! The owner was helpful and noticed a couple of our needs we wouldn't have thought would be available when our family visited for dinner. The unit was probably a granny flat so it's attached to his home. The back yard was...a work in progress. I'd love to be there when his garden is in full use.

This studio was very clean, quiet, comfortable and well equipped. The onsite host was friendly, responsive and available if needed, but non intrusive. Location was great for our needs, visiting both San Diego and Murietta, as well as lovely Oceanside. We very much enjoyed our stay there and would return! Thank you!

You can easily walk to restaurants, grocery stores, and with a little more distance to the beach from this studio.Parking is on the street, and it can be difficult to find someplace close if you arrive at night. I am sensitive to fragrances and the scent on the sheets and towels was overpowering to me.It was nice to have a kitchen with a stove/refrigerator/ and microwave to prepare food in; however, the kitchen equipment varied in cleanliness. Some of the pans were greasy, the hot pads were dirty and the drawers had crumbs in them. The duvet cover on the bed was beautiful, but worn. We appreciated the 'fireplace' which kept the studio at a nice temperature.

Everything was great, Brad is great, comfortable and quite. Very clean.

Perfect! I am an ex-Californian and forever O'side Local. Brought my wife out for her first visit and we had everything we needed. BRAD WAS GREAT! Just sorry we stayed so busy that we didn't have more time to kick it at the pad. Communication was smooth, ease of travel up and down the coast, local flavor, great neighborhood, and no surprises.Cannot recommend this spot enough!God bless!

Thought the property was super nice will definitely try and stay here again sometime loved the location and the beach is just a short drive away lots of parking for only like 5 for the day

Comfortable and clean studio apartment. It had everything we needed. Quiet neighborhood. The host, Brad, made us feel very welcome. I would recommend it to others.

The check in process was very simple and easy. The property is connected to a house which wasn't specified but wasn't an issue for us.

Overall as advertised, older property and neighborhood was expected, street parking only was a tad cumbersome at times…mainly when neighbor was having a yard sale…lol. Only real negative was the yard area in back, which is just outside the unit entry, it is some sort of run down old greenhouse or set of planters etc. which if cleaned up or removed would improve the feel of the place, particularly when sitting outside.

Property is overall basic but as described. Maybe some updated features would make it overall better more comfortable stay for the price. My puppy had no problem finding an area to use the bathroom. Good location, quiet community.

We were warmly greeted by Brad and our stay was wonderful and close proximity to great restaurants and the pier.

This cute studio apartment met all of our needs. Ideal location close to the beach, shopping, downtown and freeways. The bed was comfortable, a good kitchen with a stove? Oven that works, refrigerator, nice bathroom with big tub and walk-in/shower. The property owner is very nice and allows you your privacy

Stayed here for a little over a week with my fiance and absolutely loved the location and everything that was within walking distance of the property. Had to dig through the property listing a little for all the details of where to find the door and a few other things (we also arrived at night, so that didn't help with finding things), but once we found all the details everything went smoothly and we had a nice stay. Great little property!
