Stayed Jul 19, 2025We loved the location of this property. It is an easy walk to Main St Hyannis with tons of restaurants to enjoy. The other direction is a quick walk to a quiet, peaceful beach. We also enjoyed the beach pass & exploring other area beaches. The home was clean and had everything we needed to relax and to enjoy the beach. The outdoor space was great and the house had plenty of space for our family of five.

Stayed Jun 13, 2025Overall, our stay was great. The location was not as expected but we had no issues. The house was very clean and spacious. The kitchen could use some organizing and updating on cooking items to truly be able to cook while renting the house.

Stayed Sep 25, 2024This is a delightful home perfectly located a short distance from Main Street and the harbor. Light and airy home fully equipped with everything that we needed for a long weekend stay. It was also spotless for our arrival. The owners have gone the extra mile here to make this a way above average property. Beds are comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed, and the neighborhood was quiet and nice. Very highly recommended and look forward to opportunity to stay here again. Five stars across the board.

Stayed Jul 27, 2024Our family truly enjoyed our stay. The home was perfectly located allowing us a lovely walk to the beach and the town. We enjoyed alfresco dinners on the lovely patio area in the wonderfully private yard. We all loved the outdoor shower. The owners were very nice to communicate with.
