Welcome to Palm Island. This three bed two bath raised ranch home has an airy feel with an open floor plan and high-pitched ceilings. As you enter the home, there is a dining area that seats 8, an open kitchen, living area, and a laundryroom off of the kitchen. Grab a quick cup of coffee or keep the chef company at one of the 2 stools at the kitchen bar that overlooks the cooking area and beautiful granite countertops. A screened in lanai off of the living room, complete with a bistro table and 4 chairs makes for a perfect place to dine al fresco. The primary suite is located off the living area and features a king bed and ensuite with walk-in shower. Located on the opposite side of the home, there is a king guest room and another guest bedroom with two twins. Including a sleeper sofa in the living room, this home sleeps up to 8 guests comfortably. The enclosed pool in the back is a true sanctuary to unwind and remind you why you are on vacation. Welcome to Fort Myers Beach! There are multiple state parks nearby that are waiting for your adventures. Jump on the trolley to take you south to the secluded Lover's Key State Park or go north to Bowditch Point Park. The Fish Tale Marina offers boat rentals and dockage for those wanting to get out on the water. Travel around the island in style in a rented Moke or golf cart. Trolley service is also available from Estero Boulevard to the Times Square area, the central hub of Fort Myers Beach. Several restaurants, shops, and bars have come back since the hurricane.
