Private Sandy backyard resort like-10 mins from beach! Heated pool 0 extra cost

Great house for a large group , the outdoor pool and sand area is great, comfortable beds and lots of space to spread out. We had a few Issues but the owner responded right away and resolved them quickly.

The backyard and house were spacious. The heated pool was great. The kitchen was large with updated appliances. The owner answered any questions promptly and provided information to enjoy our stay. A more thorough cleaning is needed not just a surface cleaning.

We truly enjoyed our time here! Spent most of our time in the backyard beach and pool! What a cool idea!! Loved it!!

The kitchen was lacking things that you would expect to have. The property did not have mixing bowls, bake ware or any plastic plates or cups you could take to the outdoor pool area. The outdoor pool area was absolutely amazing! We used that extensively on our trip. Games were also a hit shuffle board fos ball and cornhole. Im not sure if you are aware, but you are not able to take a shower both upstairs and downstairs at the same time you lose water pressure. The light in the upstairs bathroom did not work while showering. Also, the fan in the lower level bathroom also did not work.The doors leading out to the pool area were difficult to use. So we ended up using the single door off of the kitchen the entire time. That door knob on that door was extremely loose and we tightened it with a butter knife. Something that possibly needs to be addressed. All in all we had a wonderful time at your place. Was very close to IMG and a short drive to Anna Maria Island. We all felt with some TLC. The property could be absolutely spectacular!

Very nice place to stay for the weekend only downside is it’s lacking some very basic household needs such as an extra trash bag. And there were a lot more stains on the furniture and mattresses then one would hope to ever see .

This home is in a convenient location for groceries, restaurants and Anna Marie Island. The pool, games and backyard were great. The home was very spacious and suited our family well.A downside was that the water pressure could not do more than 1 shower at a time. Overall, a good experience.

The property was awesome, outdoor area was very nice but the pool heater wasn't working properly and that was one of the things we were looking forward too. The house was clean but the furniture is stained, the air vents have a black residue around the vents, and the base boards around the doors need replaced, clearly water damage from probably hurricane. Beds were very comfortable and beach supplies were a great touch.
