Private Saltwater Pool: Stunning Seminole Stay!

We got there Thursday afternoon because check in was at 4 and the pool was supposed to be cleaned that morning as said on the sheet by the pool and it was very dirty. We cleaned it ourself and had to go buy a pool brush bc the one that was provided by the pool was falling apart. The fridge wasn’t working and continued not to work the whole time we were there only the freezer part worked, and by the 2nd day most of our food had gone to waste. Grocery’s aren’t cheap and to have to go buy them again due to y’all’s fridge not working isn’t fair. The house itself was dirty, as if you guys had not cleaned it at all and I paid for you guys to clean it when I booked it. The hole in the wall was there when we got there. All this was taken at the property when we went for our reservation from July 24-July 28, but due to improper conditions of the house we had to leave a day early. The master shower barley even worked it was a tiny bit of water. These are problems we had to experience through our stay. Thank you.

We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO! The location was perfect—just a short drive to the beach, which made it easy to come and go throughout the day. The home was nicely furnished and very comfortable, with a well-stocked kitchen that included all the dishes, cookware, and small appliances we needed.The pool area was definitely a highlight! We spent a lot of time there, and the bar by the pool made it a great place to gather and relax. The bed linens were clean and beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of parking for our group.The only small con was the trash—although we took ours out as instructed, we did notice leftover trash in a storage chest under the carport, which echoed what a few other reviews mentioned. It didn’t affect our stay overall, but it’s something to be aware of.Definitely recommend you bring trash bags, laundry pods, and dishwasher pods. Also, I recommend bringing paper towels and toilet paper. We also bought ice because the icemaker did not keep up with our thirst group.Overall, we had a great experience and would absolutely stay here again! We did not need JoJo during our stay but he was very attentive and quick to respond to all of our questions and needs in the planning process. Thank you JoJo!

The bad: When we arrived there was a dirty plate and fork in the sink, there were 20 dirty/wet towels on the top of the washing machine. There were only 3 rolls of toilet paper total for the whole house. They provide 2 air mattresses that both go flat by morning, and they don’t provide any extra blankets in the house.

The house was cute overall, but just lots of random issues that when added up in total, definitely caused us some stress. We were allowed to check in a few hours early which was great, but were told the “team” would be by to check the property around 3:30pm that day but they never showed. If they had showed, they would have probably found the following:- hole in the wall in bunk room- broken queen bed (middle beam in bed frame broken and slats eventually fell out, making the bed unusable)- broken pull out bed upstairs- broken porch sliding door - dirty dishes in cabinets- peeling bathtub floor in main floor bath- no dish pods available for us to run the dishwasher (per checkout instructions)We reached out to the host following our visit to share our concerns, and never heard back. Hoping to hear back soon, because we paid quite a bit of money for the long weekend and it did not live up to the expectation.

The location was perfect but you clearly know that the neighborhood hates you. that was kind of uncomfortable... The house was great! a few quirks but nothing that was impending our vacation. the kitchen lights flicker occasionally, the water pressure upstairs was next to nothing, and upon arrival there was no toilet paper....I would highly recommend this vrbo and would stay there again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Seminole. The house worked out perfectly for us. Enough room for all 10 of us and the pool was a hug hit with the grandkids. Also a big advantage was our proximity to the beautiful beaches. While the neighborhood may not have welcomed with open arms, we knew that our property manager, Jojo, was always there for us should any issues arise with the house. Will definitely look to Evolve for our future trips.

Property is nicely nestled by trees & foliage in quiet neighborhood. Enjoyed the stay despite the neighbors who all obviously do not approve of rental in the neighborhood - many signs voicing their opposition as you approach property - a bit intimidating but no one bothered us. A honey bee swarm resides in the carport…

Loved this stay, very private and close to the beach!

Layout and number of bathrooms adequately accommodated our family of twelve. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. There was just a short drive to the beach and resturants.

We had such a wonderful time catching up in the pool, grilling, and relaxing in this beautiful home. Jojo was so accommodating and went out of her way to make our trip special! Thanks so much for a wonderful visit.

The house was exactly as described and was perfect for our family. Big kitchen and couch for hanging out. Super nice to have the pool. The neighbors clearly did not want renters there, as there were threatening signs up at every house on the street. But we just kept to ourselves and everything was fine.

AC was not working upon check-in so we had 85° the first night. Tons of stinking garbage with flies everywhere. Five garbage cans and a deck box filled with it! Shower faucet would not work on the main floor. Kind of hard with 10 people. Most had to just rinse off in the pool. We were told there would be a pack n play there and there wasn't. However after contacting Jojo, we had one delivered later that evening and they got the AC working the next day but the shower never was taken care of. We did enjoy family time in the pool. We just wanted this to be a place we'd like to come back to but can't say we will!
