The house was more than spacious enough to accommodate all of us and our various sleeping needs. The kids had an absolute blast in the game room, sledding, and playing in the snow. We were even visited by two friendly deer during our stay, which was a special treat. We would definitely come back!

Everything was as expected with great communication

Great house in a great location. Proximity to park and kids play room in garage were great. The coffee machine didn’t work and the management company dropped off a brand new machine, still in the box, within 15 minutes! Incredible service and response time. Would definitely stay again. Great place to bring your family and friends with families.

Beautiful home that was a short walk to the park for young kids! Would be an amazing home for elementary aged cousins to stay in with the bunk room. There were a lot of stains on the carpet, the shower drains were clogged and the water would pool, the toilet seats and fixtures were loose in the hallway bathroom. There seemed to be an issue with the hot water which was odd because it was a tankless water heater. The home would benefit from a deep clean. The coffee machine was also very sticky, it was hard to push the buttons. Deer and wild turkeys would walk through the lot often which was very cool to see! Comfortable outdoor seating and indoor seating! The house was also in a great location since it was closer to the entrance of suncadia!

We had a great stay at this property, the home was clean, all amenities worked as expected, and there were clear instructions throughout the process.

We had a lovely time. The house was perfect for my family of five. We absolutely did nothing but relax. My 4 year old son enjoyed playing with his monster trucks in the living room, and we appreciate the decors!

The bunk beds upstairs were designed for small children so house can comfortably fit 3 couples and 6 kids. Unfortunately we had 7 adults and 3 teenagers so sleeping was not great

The game room, fire pit, hot tub and location that was steps away from Batista park were all perfect for our family, which includes two young kids. Pa's place was generously sized for us + in-laws and incredibly comfortable.
