Private Resort:Pool, Game Room, Near IMG & Beaches

We absolutely loved our stay! After driving 11hrs from Tennessee and from the moment we walked in, we felt at home. The cleanliness of this property was truly impeccable—I honestly don’t think I’ve ever stayed in a vacation rental this clean. Every detail was cared for, right down to the dust-free window sills (yes, I checked! ).Darin and Edina have thought of quite literally everything. The home was stocked with so many thoughtful extras, from Q-tips and cotton swabs to sunscreen, beach wagons, and other essentials that made our stay so much easier. It felt less like a rental and more like staying in a well-loved home.This location was perfect—close to everything we wanted to do while still being in a wonderful, quiet neighborhood. The pool and game room were a huge hit with my girls and kept them entertained for hours.Most importantly, Darin and Edina were incredibly responsive whenever we had a question or needed assistance. You can tell they genuinely take pride in providing an exceptional experience for their guests.We made so many wonderful family memories here and would not hesitate to stay again. Highly recommend! My family has nothing but great things to say about this property. We have been visiting the area for over 10 years (sometimes twice a year) and this property is in our top three! We were traveling with tween grandchildren this year and the game room, pool, and outdoor games ensured we never once heard I'm bored! The kitchen is spacious and well-equipped, we enjoyed the option of having meals on the covered patio, and for the first time in all our years visiting, I didn't have to go fill the propane tank for grill before using it! All the beds were comfortable and the TVs worked in each room (another first for us).We discovered a minor plumbing issue at midnight on our first night. I notified the owner thinking they would respond in the morning, nope they responded within an hour or so and had someone at the house and the issue resolved by 10:30 Sunday morning. Could not ask for a more responsive owner. Thank you again Darin.The location is wonderful and convenient to everything and the neighborhood is so cute and quiet. Overall one of our best experiences ever and we will definitely stay here again.

Nice pool and the video games were a hit!

Excellent place to stay. Everything you need for your stay and more. Great attention to detail, very clean, tons of games, TVs and activities. Pool and outdoor area were fun and relaxing. Host was great with communication and accommodations. We would stay again and highly recommend. Thank you!

The house was beautiful. We especially enjoyed the heated pool and the screened in Lanai as it was cooler when we were there. Cute neighborhood. Lots of little touches to make it feel like home away from home.There were things on the property that needed attention - no sand to play the shuffleboard, no golf balls for the putting green, score keeping for shuffleboard was broken. However, when I brought this to their attention, they did make replacement purchases right away and had them sent to the house for us. They were very quick to respond.We would absolutely stay here again!!

The house was very nice, newly renovated with planty of room. The backyard was outstanding with a heated pool and a putting green. The neighborhood is very quiet and convenient to everything.

We really enjoyed our stay. The host was responsive. The home is clean, comfortable and well equipped. Leading up to the stay the host kept us informed with email and text messages.

We had a great experience staying at Salt & Sun! The backyard is fabulous. My boys really enjoyed the putting green and pool. Lots of great restaurants near by. And a great park! Thanks for letting us stay! We will hopefully be back next Christmas.

We had an amazing stay at this Bradenton property! The home was spotless, the amenities were top-notch, and everything was exactly as described—if not better. The host was incredibly communicative and made the entire experience seamless from start to finish. Perfect location, comfortable stay, and outstanding hospitality. Highly recommend and would absolutely book again!

Great property for a family and great hosts!!

Snag this property before someone else does! From the location-proximity to AMI and location to shopping/dining to the house its self, this house is definitely 5 stars! The beds are comfy, backyard is perfect, pool is amazing! The driving to AMI was so easy, we spent time in Siesta Key, caught a baseball game at IMG, went to the Mote Aquarium, swam in the pool every day and slept like babies at night in really comfortable beds :) We will definitely be back!

Wonderful place and friendly neighborhood to stay in when visiting the Bradenton/Sarasota area! We loved the close proximity to the beach with an 8 minute drive each morning for our walk. The pool was a great size, and the property had plenty of space for multiple cars to be parked. The description and pictures were spot on—no surprises! I also appreciated the clear and timely communication from the owner and easy departure instructions. Overall, a great stay!
