The first floor features a gourmet kitchen with appliances from Thermador, spacious dining area under artistic pendant lighting, and plush updated living room with room for your whole crew. There is also a Deluxe King Suite on the main floor, making traveling with the grandparents a breeze. The second floor includes another king suite, two queen guest suites and a bunk room with sleeping for 4 in two twin bunks.

The expansive fenced-in outdoor living space flows through the French doors of the living room to showcase a private pool, sun shelf and spa (pool and spa can be heated for an additional fee), outdoor dining area for 8, built-in natural gas grill, covered outdoor lounge with cushioned seating around a gas fire pit plus an outdoor TV, and landscaped yard. I guarantee you will spend most of your time out here! We provide the atmosphere, but you will need to bring your own poolside bartender.

Don't forget about complimentary use of a LSV (golf cart) available with your reservation (some restrictions). Travel to the Beach Club and Camp WaterColor with ease. Seasonal on-demand trolley service is also available for travel throughout WaterColor. The Dragonfly community pool is a short walk away, and shopping and dining options are close by at the WaterColor Crossings shopping center.

    We had several issues with our stay, but the primary issue we experienced was with the response of the property management company, Exclusive 30a. It began with check in when after repeated calls & texts trying to obtain our Watercolor passes before 5pm check in, we learned that the AC unit on the second floor was broken and needed replaced. Things break all the time, but the response of the property manager was unacceptable. The range of responses we were told went from: the new unit could be replaced that same day to portable AC units being brought in, which lead to 3 units being delivered even though we were using 4 bedrooms upstairs, then commercial grade blowers when a 4th portable unit couldn’t be found. Other issues: a 3ftx4ft acrylic picture fell on my wife and I in the middle of the night while we were sleeping (it was installed with one screw into one drywall anchor). With new parking rules in 2024, it would have been nice to know this in the listing of the house, rather than finding out in an email two days before arrival. We wouldn’t have chose a house in this location if we knew the parking situation would be different from our previous stays in Watercolor. We will not return to this house again and will make sure our next Watercolor trip will be in a house not maintained by Exclusive 30a. On a positive note, the house has a wonderful outside area with the pool/spa, outdoor covered seating with TV, and grill island.

    This is a stunning home and has gorgeous furnishings and aesthetic. The pool was perfect for the kids and there was plenty of indoor and outdoor space for our 2 families. The location is perfect and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The owners of the property keep everything extremely clean, provide a vast amount of amenities, have a great (heated) pool and are very communicative. The property is a quick bike ride away from Seaside, the shops, restaurants, Tennis/Pickle Ball courts, and more. The owner also provided wonderful food, shopping and scenery recommendations during my stay. I highly recommend this property to couples, families or friends looking for a private, 5-star beach experience. Hope to be back soon!

Reviewer Comments: This house is in a great location, is a double lot so tons of backyard space, and had a lot of rooms that accommodated our large party well. The outdoor area is especially nice and we spent most of our time out there. There are three porches/decks that allow for some privacy and early morning coffee. The golf cart and bikes allowed us to get into Seaside easily; Publix is right around the corner; and the house is situated in a quieter part of the neighborhood. Great house, can't wait to be back.

    Pool was extremely dirty when we checked in, I had to clean it before my kids got in. Dryer door would not stay shut, dishwasher does not dry the dishes and upstairs stayed around 76 until last day when I called about it

Inclusion of bikes and golf cart was great. Kitchen extremely well equipped. Our biggest disappointment was that you cannot arrange for the pool to be heated after April and it was absolutely frigid even at the end of May. Location is great. Quiet neighborhood and less than five minutes to Publix grocery. Short golf cart ride to beach, beach club, several shops and restaurants, boathouse, and beautiful cerulean Park. Definitely recommend
