Private Resort! Beachfront home with pool & hot tub and five en suite rooms

This house is incredible the host is amazing!!

The house was perfect. Everything you could ask for was there. The view is incredible. The host was great always there when needed. We will be back next year our family loved it. Saw 3 launches while we were there.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this home! It was very clean and fully equipped with everything you would expect from a Beach House. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals for the family. For our excursions to the beach, we found plenty of chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys, including a paddleboard. The pool and jacuzzi are also great, and both are set at a perfect temperature. The host was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. We appreciated having three pack and play cribs provided! We highway recommend this property for a family beach vacation.

This house was perfect for a family vacation. Right on the beach, with a great pool and hot tub, and close to the Kennedy Space Center for day outings there. Hostess provides everything you need in the house and is promptly responsive to your questions. I’d stay here again for sure!

My husband and I stayed with our 2 adult sons for our 45th wedding anniversary. The property is absolutely stunning. The house has every amenity that you could think of and more. The special touches that the host supplied like the personal note and basket of goodies made it feel so special. The location being right on the beach, the pool, hot tub, fire pit, pool table, the decor and quality of everything was great! We also saw a rocket launch from our beach which was amazing. We look forward to staying again. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!

GREAT Property and SUPER Excellent Hosts!!!!

It was such a great time! We loved the openess of the home, the number of king beds in bedrooms with private bathrooms, the ping pong table, the pool, and private beach access. We wouldn't change a thing and definitely book again and again!!

Best house so far in past several years for our annual best friends trip!! Loved the home and layout, the privacy and the perfect spot on the beach! Our host was wonderful and made this our best trip yet!

We live in Cocoa Beach and were planning a birthday party for my father, who was turning 80.

We had a perfect view from the beach of a night time launch. Kids were amazed. House is beautifully equipped and well maintained. Felt very private. Will go back for sure. The kids devoured the goody basket. Master views were amazing. Main house living area view with wall to wall windows was perfect.

Very nice house. Just as advertised. Great beach. Pool was toasty in the cold weather we were unlucky to have. Strollers and nice little high chair for infants. It was great to have the pool table and ping pong when the weather was so bad. We plan to try coming back in better weather.

We scheduled a family get together to celebrate our mother’s 94th birthday and we wanted to tour Kennedy Space Center so booked this house. We could not have been more pleased! This house has everything you could want , plus a few things you wouldn’t even think of! Their attention to making us comfortable with little extras was much appreciated and we will probably book this house again! I had several check ins from the host and she made sure we had everything we needed and let us know she was available if anything happened. We got to see 2 rocket launches and the location was spectacular .

House was beautiful and clean, with lots of amenities. Heating system failed, but host was very responsive. The kitchen was fully equipped to allow us to cook multiple large meals. We enjoyed the hot tub and heated pool on the chilly days. Very easy access to the beach.

This place is absolutely amazing!!!

We had the family together to celebrate a monumental birthday. The amenities were awesome and all little things were considered when setting up this property. Communication with the host was extremely timely, and any issues, however small, were dealt with promptly. Would have like to have an extra hour to check out, was difficult rounding up the kids, however, all instructions and timelines were extremely clear! Cant wait to come back, thank you Michelle for being an outstanding host!

This was the perfect location for our annual birthday bash. The home had everything we could possibly need, pool, hot tub, beach view and access, grill, kitchen. Inside and ouside games. We had more than enough room for the six of us. It was a great stay at a perfect location

Our stay was delightful, everything was perfect. The house was immaculate, the description and the picture doesn’t do justice to the home. The host was easy to communicate with and she was very attentive. All the small touches and details made us enjoy every moment. A must try!

We loved the property and location. It was plenty big for our big group that came for the Colorado at UCF football game. Loved we could walk to Coconuts on the Beach and Salty Bagel and all the surf boards and water supplies were awesome. Owner was great when our wifi went out and she got fixed for us asap. beds were comfy too. Loved the pool and ocean views!

Beautiful home and view with beach access…everything you could want to do is either provided or close. Convenient to 4th Street Fillin Station for welcome dinner and Fin Expeditions for bioluminescent kayaking. Homeowner was very responsive…even found some expensive items we left and arranged the returns. Perfect home for the perfect wedding weekend…will bring family to stay again. Many thanks for the hospitality!

Absolutely loved this property ! It had it it all. The yard was great for kids when we weren’t at the beach, location to the beach was so close! Heated pool was so refreshing after the beach! Very clean! We would live to come back!!

We had a group of 16 and this was perfect. Easy drive to the Kennedy Space Center and right on the beach. The Highly recommended.
