This property is centrally located on Holmes Beach and only a few minutes walk to the white sandy beaches. Upon entry, you have the living room (with a sleeper sofa) where you can relax and read a book or watch TV after a long day in the sun. Adjacent to the living room, you have the dining area and full kitchen. The open-concept kitchen is stocked with everything new so you can make a quick snack or full course meal. The primary bedroom has all new furnishings and bedding (king-size bed) and it's own ensuite while the guest bedroom has a queen-size bed and shares the hallway bathroom. Downstairs in the private back yard, you will have your own covered outdoor seating area, dining table, ping pong table, and flat screen TV. New decking around the private heated pool & spa complete with built-in cocktail table and sun-shelf. We guarantee you will want to return to Paradise Palms year after year. This property also offers a full-size washer & dryer, BBQ Grill, beach car/chairs, and WiFi throughout.

We also offer a range of supplemental services including pre-stock grocery shopping and babysitting. Need a pack and play or high chair, etc. These are available for a small additional fee and will be waiting in the home on your arrival.

Cancellation Policy - SeaBreeze Vacation has spent a great deal of time and effort into formulating a cancellation policy for you. SeaBreeze Vacation has the most flexible cancellation policy on the Island. You are allowed to cancel your reservation up to 14 days prior to check-in to receive a refund. Additional terms and conditions apply.
