Stayed May 17, 2024Long weekend stay. Two blocks from beach access, lake view. Nice pool. Hot tub came in handy. Nicely decorated and equipped. Neighborhood very convenient.

Stayed Aug 19, 2023The location was as stated close to the beach. You had a small view of the ocean and the sound. The pool and hot tub were great! There were beach chairs and some beach gear at the house. If you cook, there are plenty of pots and pans. Make sure you bring your own spices as everything is cleaned out completely after each client leaves. Overall a very spacious house and an enjoyable experience.

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the large amount of space that is in this home. We had 5 adults and 6 children all together. There as plenty of space on every level to accommodate! The kitchen was very well stocked with appliances. Our kids loved the pool and hot tub. We also loved how close the walk to the beach is. Also- the owners are in contact with you via text as soon as the home is ready and remain in contact with you for any questions all throughout your stay. Amazing customer service!

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wonderful week by the beach! The location is great. It is steps from the beach and the community it’s located it is very nice and private. The house itself was great. The number of bathrooms was amazing for our 5 families.The bedrooms were nice as well, but the sheets and towel quality weren’t very great :( . The pool was amazing and made a huge difference in keeping the kids occupied in the evening. Only recommendation would be to re seal the deck areas as the wood is rough and some nails sticking out. Don’t walk barefoot on it! Better quality linen would be ideal as well. But that’s not a make a break.

Stayed Jun 24, 2023We had a great time! The house was awesome - spacious with room for all of us! We all enjoyed the pool and it was just a short walk to the beach! The only downside was the noise generated by the family staying at the house with a pool right behind us, but even that wasn't that bad. The one suggestion we all had was that the house needs hooks to hang towels and clothing - particularly in the outside shower! Other than that, we all loved it!
