☀️ Private Pool/Golf Cart - No ADDED FEES!

Had a great vacation the property was very nice and clean. The only thing I seen wrong was someone had left a chicken bone underneath the outside table. Also flies got into the pool area some how.

Very nice home. Loved the golf cart and close beach access. Pool was well kept. My questions were answered in a timely manner. We did get to go in a bit early which was a godsend as we had very tired toddlers. This property could use more forks as there weren’t really enough to accommodate all our family at one time. That would be my only complaint.

You should know that Check Out is at 9AM and check in at 4PM sharp. Backyard very close to the neighbors in the back.

The house was very clean and looked great. The beds were amazing. We loved the Host and the way they do business. Check in was easy, and the supplied Golf Cart was in great shape. The pool was clean and was even serviced when we were there. I love the fact that Gulf Tide called and informed me the availability of the house for a extra day before check in and since we had planned on getting to Destin a day early we were going to just overnight in a hotel but the Host told us the house was available and we opted to stay there! Check out was easy and we will definitely be using Gulf Tide and this house again!

Everything was fabulous! Can’t say enough great things. Host was awesome. House and pool were great. We hope to be back!

Great accommodation with easy access to beaches and clubhouse. Excellent t communication with host and immediate responses to queries. House was clean with all amenities as listed. We had a great stay

This home was beautiful, spacious, clean, comfortable, convenient to the beach and shopping, and safe. The golf cart was an added bonus we enjoyed. We enjoyed the clubhouse, pickleball courts, community pool, private pool, and playground. We are thinking about booking again for our next summer vacation.

Beautiful home. Very spacious. Easy check in/out. Very clean! No complaints!!! Buttttt do not let one blade of grass touch your tires lol. We found that out the hard way. Lessons learned, would definitely stay again.

The house was even better than expected. The pictures dont give it justice. The pool is bigger than it looks and the house was very clean and it was just perfect. My only issue was there was a load on unwashed towels by the dryer and one of the trash cans was half full. But I suspect that was the previous renters. I will absolutely be booking this house again in the future.

Most of our stay was very good. Had issues with the pool. Paid for heating the pool but it wasn’t working properly.

We loved our stay at Casa del Sol! Beautiful house perfect for our needs. Very nice that the great room doors slide open to be part of screened outdoor lanai & pool.The clubhouse, pool & tennis is a great option, as well.Extremely convenient to beautiful Destin/Miramar beaches!Our only concerns:1) Too close to neighbors behind. Young children were very loud (albeit, not during quiet hours) & disturbing.2) Advertised “hot tub” is just part of pool (decorative - not functional).

Great location and beautiful home. The house is in need of minor updating, such as broken door locks, door stoppers, bathroom seat in outside by pool, etc. would definitely book again though!

We spent our Christmas holiday in Casa Del Sol, including my husband and me, our brothers-in-law, our two sons and one son's girlfriend. It was a perfect place for us.Huge positives: The large living room opens onto the pool area with sliding doors - half of our party spent hours in the pool while others were in the living room but we could socialize as a big group.We'll appointed kitchen pots/pans:dishes/ninja etcDestiny East is a beautiful gated community and we had codes for gate, club house etc. Electric golf carpet which can be used most of area except actual hwy 98 (it CAN go on scenic 98) was great for getting to beach .5 miles away.Lots of towels provided for bathing. We bought additional towels for beach and pool.Gulf Tide Properties was a pleasure to deal with. Very responsive! Small issue with dishwasher that they got someone out to fix as soon as possible. Best property group we've dealt with - super nice, helpful. We've already talked about booking for next year!
