This space includes a bedroom, a private bathroom with a tub/showercombo, a living room, and a convenient kitchenette with a kitchen counter, sink, and refrigerator, ideal for extended family, guests seeking extra privacy, or a quiet retreat within the home. At this separate entrance, you'll also find easy access to beach gear, including chairs, a wagon, and a beach umbrella, making beach days effortless.
Enter through the main front door to an inviting open-concept living space that seamlessly connects the dining area, a comfortable living room with a large sectional sofa, and a well-appointed kitchen—perfect for gathering, entertaining, and relaxing after a day in the sun.

The primary suite features a king bed and a private ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Bedroom three also offers a king-size bed and has access to a hallway bathroom with a walk-in shower. Bedroom four is perfect for kids or extra guests, boasting two twin bunk beds and plenty of sleeping space for everyone.
Step outside and unwind in the screened-in lanai with comfortable seating, ideal for morning coffee or evening relaxation. Per Kitchen: 2 Rolls of Paper Towels, Hand Soap, Dish Soap, Sponge, Dishwasher Pods (x4), Laundry Detergent Pods (x4), All-Purpose Disinfectant, Microfiber Cloth, 2 Kitchen Towels

We also offer a range of supplemental services including pre-stock grocery shopping and babysitting. Need a pack and play or high chair, etc. These are available for a small additional fee and will be waiting in the home on your arrival.

SeaBreeze Vacation has the most flexible cancellation policy on the Island. You are allowed to cancel your reservation up to 14 days prior to check-in to receive a refund.
