Private Pool, Walk to Beach ️, Bright Sun Room, Quiet West End

even begin?! Let me start by saying the host was absolutely lovely and so accommodating from start to finish. The place itself was PERFECT! We absolutely loved the location super close to the beach, in such a beautiful neighborhood, and having our own private pool was AMAZING. The backyard felt so private and peaceful, and we felt extremely safe the entire time we were there.We stayed for a little over a month and honestly… I cried when we left. 🥹 That’s how much this place truly felt like home. The neighbors were wonderful, the area was beautiful, and we had absolutely everything we needed for an extended stay.The master bedroom was incredibly comfortable and having a TV in there was such a nice bonus. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, the living room was cozy, and the sunroom was one of my favorite spots to sit in the mornings with coffee. We also loved relaxing in the gazebo area and grilling out in the evenings. There was a beach wagon with chairs etc.. such a thoughtful touch!The owner was so easy to work with and anytime we needed anything she was immediately on top of it. Truly one of the best rental experiences we’ve ever had.Do not hesitate to book this wonderful rental. 10 stars all the way!!

Nice clean house close to the beach.

This is a great place for an extended stay. The kitchen is very well stocked for cooking and even baking. The interior is clean and fresh. The neighborhood is very quiet and friendly. A quick walk to the beach and very short drive to stores/restaurants (home is located on the west end of PCB, known as the quiet end to locals), so not a lot of big chain restaurants or shopping but that is just 4-5 miles to the east. The host is very responsive to any concerns or questions. The one thing to be aware of is, the doorways in to the bathrooms are very narrow so a walker or wheelchair will not fit through them. Otherwise it is very handicap accessible (we do travel with a foldable ramp so this helps with the threshold entrances). Would definitely stay here again for an extended stay!

House was good for what we needed. The property needs some TLC but everything functioned. Some simple cleaning and upkeep would have elevated my review to a 5 star. Close to beach and good neighborhood.

It was a quick trip. I was happy with the location and the size. We have family close. But not close enough to walk. HutHowever, master bath is on the small size and there was not a full length mirror. My daughter and wife reminded me several times. Also housekeeper forgot to place toilet paper in bathroom but owner provided combination for supplies.

House was clean and comfortable. Easy access to area.

A perfect bungalow for a couple or small family. We took our golf cart and enjoyed the evening ride through the neighborhood and easy access to the beach. We cook, so it’s nice that the kitchen was well stocked. The king size bed was very comfortable, we like a firm mattress, so winner for us. We used the pool every morning after our morning walk and then in the evening after we returned from the beach. This was our second time renting the property and plan on returning again. I give the property 5 Stars.

Had a great stay, nice clean house clean pool. Only drawback was small driveway and yard covered in gravel that you cannot park on. Would recommend the owner to put a no parking sign or small fence at gravel yard. Overall we loved it. Would recommend

We had a very enjoyable stay at this property. The inside has been recently updated and is very comfortable. The owners were great and very responsive. The location was excellent and the pool was a real plus! Since the area is mainly residential, the beach was not crowded and was an easy 10 - 15 minute walk. We will definitely consider staying here again in the future!

We stayed for a week and really enjoyed the location — super close to the beach and lots of great restaurants nearby. The inside of the house was cute and had a cozy feel, which we appreciated.There were a few things that could’ve made the stay better . The landscape could use a little attention, it was messy, overgrown restricted from the pathway getting out of car, and there weren’t any beach towels ( the instructions prior of arrival weren't sent in time to let us know that they didn't provided) extra toilet paper, or basic cleaning supplies like spray or wipes to wipe down surfaces during our stay. The dryer didn't work very well. Took longer for our clothes to dry. We ended up buying some items ourselves, including boogie boards — which we left behind for future guests to enjoy!Overall, the house worked for our trip, and with a few small upgrades, it could be a great stay for others too.

Very clean and perfect for a family of 4.

We had a great time during our stay. The house and pool were extremely clean, and everything worked as it should. Andrea is a spectacular host.

House is spacious for a family, comfortable, and clean. Having a driveway for parking our vehicle a private pool was fantastic and why we chose a house vs a condo for our beach trip. The beach wagon, chairs, and tent were a huge plus. The beach is a few blocks away; easy and safe to walk, but was tiring after a day at the beach. We might consider renting a golf cart next time - the neighborhood is very golf cart friendly. Location is quiet and residential with PLENTY of space at the beach to spread out. Close enough to pop over to Rosemary Beach for shopping and restaurants and also a few miles from PCB restaurants and shops. A great location to be close to everything without the crowds, noise, and high cost!

The place was super cute! I think the only downfall was the lack of toilet paper:-( Other than that, the place was really nice and relaxing.

We had a blast! My 4 year old LOVED the pool. Great location to everything. We did have to rent a golf cart to go to the beach. (My mom is disabled). But soo worth it. Everything was great. I'd stay here again!

The Gulf of America was amazing

Clean, great location, awesome pool, and beautifully decorated. Host is very accommodating and responsive. Excellent king mattress which is very important to me. We would definitely stay here again!

Short walk to the beach, nice area, close enough to restaurants and grocery stores. House was big enough to accommodate a family of 4. Pool was a bit cold to swim in March.

The house is absolutely adorable. The pool is a little slice of awesome for when the beach is a no go. We stayed for 2 nights and the checkin/checkout was easy. I could of stayed for a lot longer.

My grandchildren and I was relaxed and the board games was great fun! Shopping,food great getaway.

The home was super cute and very clean. Having a pool was nice and we rented a golf cart though we also walked back and forth to the beach. Closest beach access isn’t by any huge condo towers so it was never overly crowded. Great communication with the owner. We would stay again.
