PRIVATE POOL, Spectacular Family Getaway, Backyard Oasis, Close to Beach!

Just as described, clean, and in perfect location

Place was very clean. Close to the beach. Pool was awesome. There is shade in the morning so the kids could swim without worrying about sunscreen. Its in a quiet neighborhood. Those no massive condos around which is what we wanted. Would stay again in a heartbeat. Short drive to rosemary, ally, and seaside beach which is a fun experience.

Excellent stay!! Cute safe neighborhood as well. Really enjoyed the vibes of the backyard.

Very nice place to stay. This listing is double listed and you pay a fee to Vrbo and to Blueswell. Super close to the beach! Pool was lovely, hot tub only heats to the same temperature as the pool. Over all a great place to stay. Super clean and close to the beach. We really enjoyed staying here. Thank you !

Short walk for a day at one of the most beautiful beaches in Florida and then back to your Beach home for your very on private pool to cool off in. Also the additional pool spa was a great treat also. The Beach house was well maintained and clean. One of our best vacations to date.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Everything was clean and the house was neat and organized. I do wish the kitchen was a little better stocked with necessities. There was no oil, salt and pepper, basic seasonings, there were no bowls with lids, no saran wrap, no basic cleaning supplies. It was stocked with the bare minimum. It would’ve been nice to had a few more necessities. The dryer would not dry and single cycle. It took 3 to 4 cycles to fully dry clothes , even after playing with all the settings it still wouldn’t dry well. There was ample storage in the house, which was nice. The TV sound bar kept making a humming noise, which was extremely frustrating even when the TV was off the sound bar would hum. Our biggest issue, however, was that the door leading out to the pool did not correctly lock. A repair man came out to fix it and said it was basically a dummy lock and the door would have to be replaced. The solution was using a piece of wood to keep the door closed. I feel like that’s a huge safety hazard, especially for people with young children. The pool alarm was a nice feature, but still a locking door would be a better safer solution. One final complaint, the second bedroom, wouldn’t keep cool and the fan that was provided was broken. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, there were just some things that could’ve been better about the property itself. We would consider staying here again, especially if some of the issues were fixed.

Everything was great! Awesome location. Space was wonderful. Very short easy walk to the beach. House was clean and everything in great shape.

We mostly enjoyed our stay at this home, however,there were some issues with the home that did not get resolved during our stay. The outdoors lights on the fence around the pool did not work. There was very little lighting around the pool area which made it difficult to enjoy after dark. Considering this area is a huge selling point for the rental it was very disappointing. We did reach out to the rental co. and they sent someone out to look but it was not replaced/fixed during our stay. The sliding glass door did not lock. We didn't even realize it until our 2nd night when my handy man son pointed out that just because you press the lever down it did not lock. The maintenance personal looked @ it & said the door had been slammed so many times it would have to be replaced & gave us a pole to place inside it which did not fit. There were several lights in the kitchen (under the microwave & cabinets) that did not work. The grill did not work likely because it was out of propane & was locked in so you could not add any. We had issues with bugs in the home & noisy neighbors. The rental next door blasted loud music all day & until 12 am & the home next to it had teens who would drive back and forth revving their engines all hours of the night. We expected the area to be more family friendly. To be fair some of these issues we never notified the rental co. of because it just seemed like a constant complaint. The home was clean & we enjoyed the pool. The walk to the beach was short.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect for our family. Having a pool was great with a toddler and the ocean was a short walk away. The house was nicely kept and the kitchen was well stocked. We would definitely stay here again.

The property was in a safe, family-friendly area. We were close to the beach & having a private pool provided the best of both worlds.

My family of four had a weekend getaway for my husband’s birthday, and this rental was perfect. Check-in was simple and the pool was amazing. Quiet neighborhood and perfect for families. The location was also perfect and the rental was nice and clean. We will definitely book again.

The location is EVERYTHING here! 5 minute walk to the beach, was a great way to work off some of our vacation calories lol! The kids loved the pool and are total waterbugs so booking a house with one is a must every time we go. We loved not having to pack everything up in the truck every time we wanted to head down to the water and could just wheel our beach cart along with us. Property was clean, well maintained, and kitchen was stocked with just about every gadget you might need if you're staying in and cooking. The property managers were incredibly responsive with any questions, understanding the importance of quick answers when on vacation time. We loved it, our boys had a great time, and we would all love to be back. Our first time in the PCB area but certainly not our last!

This house was absolutely perfect for our family vacation! The kids LOVED the pool. We added the heat option for the pool once we got there, definitely a good add on option even though it’s a little pricey.. but for some reason it wouldn’t get the hot tube hot which was disappointing for us parents. But overall the house was great. Great distance to the beach too. We left behind some beach toys that hopefully the next family can use during their stay!

The place was great with the exception - there is no heated pool. You have to heat the hot tub then turn on pool pump to pump water from hot tub into pool. Even after doing this for half a day the pool was still cold. There was no instruction on this till they sent the pool guy out and he explained what I needed to do for pool. If the pool is not heated they should not say heated pool. Because its not.
