Everything went fine with this booking, when I arrived, I did have trouble using the code provided to enter the property, but the owner was available immediately to remedy the situation, communication was good throughout the stay.

Safe, quiet neighborhood close to many trails and canyons.

Nice clean, comfortable home with modern amenities. Everything went without a hitch for my families stay.

The property was excellent! A great place to stay!

Place was dirty. Took us 3 days to clean it. Garage door broken. Back door would not latch, wind would blow it open. Pictures of inside were 20 years old. Dining room light broken. Had to fix exhaust fan lights. Some much dirt in cabinets we had to rewash everything. Dirty dishes in the stove and dishwasher. Weeds everywhere. Windows broken, screens with holes. Terrible place.

Pool was great, a little tricky to navigate the app for non techy. Arji, the host vey communicative, great stay for my family.

The house was great! The instructions provided were really helpful, and the host answered any questions we had.

Pool was too cold and hot tub wouldn’t heat. There was also a lot of goat heads and old dog poop in the yard. House wasn’t bad other than I think the toilet paper was horrible. So I would recommend to bring your own. The pool and hot tub is what attracted us and neither was even close to 80 degrees and would not warm up. In the end it wasn’t bad, but I could of got one up the street with out the pool for half the price.

Very, very clean. Decor was nice and rooms spacious. Only complaint was no body wash and not enough wash clothes so had to go out and buy both.

Spacious home only 15 mins from Fort Huachuca. We were there visiting our son and it was perfect for our time with him. Quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. The home was fully stocked and we especially enjoyed the pool. Gas stations, food, and grocery stores were 5-10 mins away. Cute towns of Bisbee and Tombstone were 30 mins away and perfect for a quick day trip. Host responded to our questions quickly prior and during our trip.

Very clean, was perfect for the wife and I for a week stay to be there for our son graduating from Fort Huachuca.

Our stay at this home in Sierra Vista was exactly as described and a perfect fit for our needs. The property was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities we expected, especially the refreshing pool!Sierra Vista is a smaller town, and we found the location to be perfectly fine for our purposes.What really stood out was the owner's responsiveness. Any questions we had were answered quickly, and we experienced no issues whatsoever during our stay. We highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a reliable and hassle-free VRBO experience.

Perfect for our Graduation weekend with our son!

The house was clean and comfortable but lacked some basic supplies we expect (coffee filters, sufficient toilet paper)

Stunning views from backyard. Beautiful pool, clean house, beautiful furniture.

The property manager was easy to communicate with and helpful when we contacted him. Location was great, pretty quiet neighborhood, nice view, and the pool and hot tub were very clean and nice. We affectionately named the pool cleaner Larry who didn't hinder our family from using the pool at all! Overall our vacation was wonderful and it was a smooth check-in and checkout.

We came into town to visit family. The house was exactly what we needed. It was a nice place to stay while in Sierra Vista.

The house was in great condition, clean and very, very well stocked! Safe and quiet neighborhood. The pool and spa were great! We were a group of senior citizens and did need to contact the owner a few times for additional instructions but he immediately responded each time.
