Private Pool! Rustic Charm! Steps from the Lake!

The house was great for our family to stay at. It has great amenities that everyone enjoyed from pool, to the hot tub the movie theater, arcade games and fire pit. The house is also really close to the attractions. The communication was great. Landon and Adam were quick to respond.

This place is amazing! Every bedroom has an attached bathroom plus there are 2 additional half baths. There are 2 refrigerators, 2 microwaves, 2 stoves, 2 dishwashers. All the amenities listed for the cabin are accurate. It was only about a 10 minute drive to the main strip in Branson. Our family enjoyed everything the house had to offer. I would highly recommend it!

This property was exactly like shown on line. It was stocked far beyond my expectations. Beautiful home with so much to do on all 3 floors! The space is very well laid out. Never felt crowded even with 17 adults. I would highly recommend this rental. Both Adam and Landon were very easy to communicate with throughout our stay!

We booked this property for a family reunion of all adults. This place was perfect. Very clean, well kept, all of the necessary and many extra amenities. I polled our family and we all agreed 10 out of 10. Perfect location as well, just 4 miles to the Branson strip for shows.If we book next year in Branson, we will all be happy if we can come back to the same location.

We absolutely loved every minute in the house! The place was perfect for out corporate retreat. We had all ages and everyone was entertained and quite comfortable! The kitchen was fully stocked. We even had a private chef cook one of our meals and we could watch him and his staff from the balcony! Unanimous vote to book this place again next year!

Clean rooms and nice

The host was excellent in every way possible. Great and quick communication. Very pleasant and accommodating. We had to reschedule due to winter weather and the host went above our expectations. The house was in excellent shape and was white glove clean. Everything was in working order. Plenty of paper towels, toilet paper, and laundry detergent. We are already scheduling for next year. Thank you Adam!!!

We had a wonderful family weekend at this property. It was set up great for adults game room and children’s game room. We enjoyed the theater room, pool, hot tub, and fire pit. Didn’t need to go anywhere else. WillDefinitely visit again !!!

We very much enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home with our kids, grands and greats! There were 18 of us from ages 1 to 69 and there was plenty of space and activities for everyone to enjoy without leaving the area unless we wanted to. Great communication with the homeowner and his assistant from beginning to end. When the propane tank for the fire pit ran out of propane it only took a quick text to the homeowners assistant and we had a replacement in just a couple of hours. Would recommend this property.

The house is very large with many entertainment areas to spread out and enjoy. All of the 9 bedrooms are pretty equal and have King Beds, and full bathrooms!! Plenty to do very close by for any age group to enjoy.

This was a staff trip and it was the best one we have had so far. They have already requested to stay there again next year.

This house is amazing. We had 20 girls and having en-suite bathrooms in every bedroom was great. The house was clean, had tons of stuff in the kitchen to use, and the host was in contact the whole time. We will definently rent this house again.

Property was great and more than what we needed but was wonderful to relax and play games. Everything was very easy to use and access. Quiet enough in the common areas so people could sleep comfortably. Only two things that are not related to the home but the surrounding amenities - 1) the community pool was extremely busy and it's smaller size made it harder to enjoy but we had many other things to do so it wasn't a problem but something to consider if you really want outdoor pool. 2) If using the trail to the lake you'll want to be fairly comfortable on unstable grounds - we thought it may be an easier path / trail so that was the only thing we didn't plan when we booked the property.

This is a fabulous property that our 28 family members stayed together in. Everything was as advertised. The Kitchen was phenomenal. Bathrooms in every bedroom was awesome as well. Highly recommend this property. Property manager was helpful and also did not impose. Loved it!!

We loved the house and everything it had to offer. For a family of 12 adults and 1 child, it was great having our own bedroom and in suite bathroom. Every bedroom had king size beds, TV, and most of them also had a couch/futon for additional seating. The dining room tables were large enough to accommodate our entire family. Having the game rooms (pool table, shuffle board, air hockey, etc) were great additions. We didn't get to enjoy the pool or hot tub, but they were great amenities to have at the house as well. The kitchen was well stocked with two stoves, two microwaves, two fridges, two dishwashers, etc. The blender broke when we were there and the manager was quick to provide a replacement. There were a few minor things we felt could have been a little better cleaning wise, but it did not hinder our rental experience. The manager was very receptive to our feedback as well. Overall, I would definitely recommend this house.

The property is fantastic and served as an excellent getaway for our family. The location provided easy and close access to the attractions for our daytime excursions, while the property's amenities offered ample evening activities.

This property was wonderful for our entire family. Love that all bedrooms had individual bathrooms. Game rooms were excellent. Kitchen well stocked. Plenty of seating for meals for everyone.

We loved our stay at this property. Our group of nine couples had a private bedroom and bathroom plus 3 additional half baths. The kitchen was fabulous as well as the common areas. The hosts could not have done a better job with communication. Our only complaint is that we wished we had booked the house for a longer stay.

We had an amazing stay at this property with a group of over 20 people ranging in age from toddlers to grandparents. The house was spacious and thoughtfully designed—open and airy, yet with plenty of separate spaces for fun and relaxation. Plenty of table seating. We never felt crowded!There were tons of things to do: pool and shuffleboard in the loft, ping pong, foosball, and air hockey in the basement, plus a hot tub, fire pit, indoor pool, and several arcade machines. The theater room was a favorite for relaxing. The kitchen was well-stocked with two dishwashers, refrigerators, and ovens—plus plenty of plates, flatware, and paper products. Every bedroom had its own bathroom, which made choosing easy.The host was responsive and helpful, quickly answering any questions we had during our stay. Parking was plentiful, and the location was great—just a short drive to the Branson strip, restaurants, a grocery store, and the beautiful Table Rock Lakeshore Trail.Things to note: sound travels in the open layout…it can get loud with a big group. The view is elevated and partially obstructed, and the trail to the lake is steep and rocky—not recommended for folks with mobility issues. There were minor signs of wear on some game accessories. The community pool locks & lights turn off at exactly 9 pm, so plan accordingly.Overall, this was a great vacation rental. The amenities, space, and thoughtful touches made our trip memorable. We’d return again (in the off season).

We booked this house for our small home inspection company employees and their families. 20 of us total including everyone from babies to adults. The house was very clean and well stocked. Everything worked like it should, and we had all of the items needed to enjoy the amenities. (Ping pong paddles, balls, pool cues, etc.)Plenty of room and having bedrooms on every floor meant we could keep the families with babies, older folks, and teens separated to help control noise. Great home and would definitely book again.

All of my children and their spouses were very pleased with our stay here. The weather was wet and rainy all week but with the wide range of games we found there were lots of ways to enjoy ourselves in the house. We especially enjoyed a bedroom and bathroom for each couple. The kitchen was also well equiped. The indoor pool and the hot tub were also enjoyed. They were also heated and since the weather was cool, it was greatly enjoyed. Thank you.

The property was clean and well kept. The view was beautiful. The host responded quickly and made sure we had all the necessary information we needed. Would 100% stay here again!

Our four generation family enjoyed our three day stay in March 2025. The house was gorgeous , well stocked and very clean. Choosing rooms was very easy as they were spacious and each had a private bathroom. Parking was well marked with easy access. We all enjoyed the private pool, the two game rooms were great fun and the movie theatre was nice. The living/ dining/ kitchen area was large enough for all of us to gather. The decks had a great view, we enjoyed the hot tub and a night around the fireplace. A lot of fun family memories were made at this house! It sets the bar high for our next vacation !! When we arrived our neighbor warned us not to go out on our balcony y as the ceiling metal was flapping in the high wind and several strips were already down and blowing around the deck. We contacted the property manager. HOA did not come while we were there. After the wind died down we secured the ceiling strips under the heavy furniture so we could use the fire pit area. FYI thoughts:1. We could not locate the pac and play2. We had an 18 month old and there were no safety gates for the stairs. We ran to Wal-mart and purchased two.3. There were flies the house.. but no fly shatters.4. Fire pit skewers would have been handy to roast marshmallows. We had to be creative!!5. We could not reenter our house.. low battery message. We texted and got the code for the key. Appreciated the quick response.6. A hand rail by the front steps would help this 75 y

This property was great. The weather was so cold but the amenities were plenty and kept us busy inside. Great kitchen! Perfect house for our group! The property owner worked with us and responded quickly to a couple of broken items.
