Stayed Jun 29, 2026Perfect location, between Sra appointments and Shopping then celebrating at dinner! Close to the hwys to go shopping and for your family to find ,coming from all different directions (cities) in Az!Huge space, nice GRANITE POOL! Corey breakfast and coffee under awning out back with the sprinklers running the fan on the wall and the pools waterfall, it was like I was on vacation in a Hilton! Thank you!

Stayed May 9, 2026Nice, clean, and functional residence. Felt right at home. Nice touch to have adjustable beds. Lot of stores and eateries nearby. Will definitely stay there again if we need to be in the Paradise Valley area. Host was very helpful and accommodating

Stayed Apr 30, 2026This was one of the better houses we’ve stayed at while in Phoenix. The private pool with toys and a playground was perfect and kept my kids entertained the entire time! All of the switches in the home are labeled which helped A LOT so we easily knew what went to what. This was also a house that had a lot in the fridge and in the cabinets to use whether it was out there intentionally or paid forward from the last guest it was nice to have spices and condiments to cook with. It was perfect for us and will definitely look into booking again for future stays!

Stayed Apr 9, 2026This property was perfect for our family for a wedding. Close to highways, stores etc. Well stocked, clean comfortable. Spent loads of time sitting outside and enjoying the yard.

Stayed Mar 26, 2026The place was clean and comfortable. Nice big TV in the living room. Pool was also clean, although there is some exposed concrete near the steps. The biggest issue was the washing machine. The machine stopped during the cycle and would not drain. We tried everything. Eventually, I unplugged it and plugged it back in. The machine drained but then stopped again. Clothes did not get a 2nd rinse nor a spin. I reached out to John (property manager) via text and explained the problem. He was previously aware of the issue and replied that we needed to wait about an hour or so for the machine to drain. Obviously, this is not conducive to washing clothes and is a huge inconvenience. I politely responded that we could probably agree the house needed a new washing machine. He never responded after that. We would not stay here again.

Stayed Mar 9, 2025We had a great stay. The house was very clean, and the perfect size for our family of 4 and mother in law. The back yard and pool were great for the kids (and us). Easy access to the 101 to get around the city quickly and fry’s was 2 mins away for anything we needed. Would for sure stay here again. Zeb was very responsive for the couple questions we had.
