The kids loved the bunk room and it was great having a bathroom for each bedroom. The pool was the perfect size and was a great place to hang out after a day at the beach. Beach access is a very short walk to the end of the street. Royal Destinations were great with communicating check in/check out instructions and were very accommodating and responsive when we decided to add a day onto our reservation and heat the pool at the last minute. We would definitely stay at SeaRest again!

The Sea-Rest property was an ideal beach getaway for our family of five adults and two children (5 and under). The short walk to the beach plus the heated pool helped create priceless memories. The house was spacious and clean (though some the cookware could use a deep cleaning or refresh). Communication before, during, and after was timely and responsive; minor concerns were resolved promptly and respectfully. Groceries, restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping are a short drive, and the four bicycles are a plus! We would definitely be interested in future rentals through Royal Destinations.

This is our third time to this area and this house was definitely the cleanest home we have stayed in. The cleaners did an amazing job. The pool is larger than it appears in pictures and we enjoyed the pool very much. The inside is just as beautiful as the pictures show. Short walk on quiet street to beach access. Overall, very happy and would recommend and would happily stay here again. Communication with Royal Destinations was easy via text and email.

First time visiting this home. Family of 8 stayed a week. Had plenty of room for everyone. The pool with grill area was the family favorite. Maybe a total of 3 min walk to the beach, if that long. Neighborhood was very quiet and we only saw families staying in the neighborhood when we were there. This place exceeded our expectations. Ali was our property manager point of contact. She was always available and eager to help rent a golf cart last minute. She was quick to address any questions we had. The home was stocked with plenty of towels, silverware, kitchenware etc. Check in was scheduled for 5pm, but we were notified at 3:30pm the home was available. We never experienced that before.

The requirement to store golf carts nightly in garage with a driveway full of vehicles is not convenient. A fire pit in the backyard would be a possible add on.
