Private pool oasis near Piestewa Peak

The house was perfect for our family for a long weekend, was well stocked, clean and spacious. The pool was refreshing and clean. The main couch could use an upgrade though, or a good steam clean. Overall, we were very happy with our stay.

Overall great stay. Small issue with the thermostat and a few things in the house need upgrading, but overall good. Nice quiet neighborhood.

The little cute house was exactly what we were looking for! The house was clean, neat, and the decor was modern and charming. The bedrooms were spacious, comfortable, and the beds firm, just how I like them. I would have used the pool but it was cool enough in November in Phoenix to just enjoy sitting by it on the lounge chairs.

The home was clean, well equipped, and in a quiet area. But the listing was misleading. The listing said the pool could be heated. Prior to booking management told me the pool could be heated for 80/day — the deciding factor in choosing this property. Prior to arrival I messaged management about hearing the pool. 48 hrs before arriving, I was informed there was no heater. This completely changed our experience and was a major disappointment, as pool time is central to our family’s Arizona trips. Had the listing information and management communication been accurate, I would not have booked this home.The listing has since been updated, The info book inside the home still reflects info about a heated pool, Decent home, just frustrated with being misled.

This is a beautiful house conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood. It is newly remodeled with everything you might need with the added plus of very comfortable beds. Perfect for our stay. Highly recommend

We went up to Arizona to bring my daughter to GCU. This home was close to everything we needed. It was close to all the shops she needed to get items for her dorm room and it was close to campus too. The house was really big and had more than enough space for my whole family. The kids definitely enjoyed the pool even with the Arizona heat.

Home and neighborhood were very nice. Home was spacious and clean. Enjoyed hanging out in backyard by pool.

My overall stay was awesome. I enjoyed the property and comfortable stay. Nice quiet neighborhood.

Awesome place. Close to GCU.

This house had lots of space and was in a nice neighborhood. Only reason for the four stars as opposed to five is that the night before we were to check in the messaged and said the pool could not be heated. This was very unfortunate as we had three kids that had spent 8 hours in the car when we arrived. I specifically picked a place that had the option to heat the pool due to time of year. They made it seem like it was no big deal.

We loved everything about our stay here. The house was very spacious and the owners were very friendly & accommodating. Nice & roomy….and the pool was wonderful. We’ll definitely book again when visiting our GCU student, if property is available. 👌😎

We found Happy Haus and thought it looked like a good place. When we arrived it was even better than we hoped for! The place was super clean, bigger than it looked in pics and setup just right. Beds were very comfortable, clean and rooms were nice. The pool was super clean and perfect temp. We used the gazebo a lot! Nice to be outside. They had a charcoal grill we used twice. I would highly recommend this place!
