NO PARTIES OR EVENTS
Parties, events, and large gatherings are strictly prohibited. Violation may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund.

NO UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS
Only registered guests are allowed on the property at any time. No outside visitors without prior approval.

QUIET HOURS: 10 PM – 7 AM
Please respect our neighbors. Noise must be kept to a minimum during quiet hours. Excessive noise may result in removal from the property.

NO SMOKING INSIDE THE HOME
Smoking is not allowed inside the house. A $300 fee will be charged for smoke remediation. Smoking is permitted outdoors only.

POOL SAFETY RULES
No diving or running around the pool
No glass in the pool area
Children must be supervised at all times
Swim at your own risk — no lifeguard on duty
Pool equipment must not be tampered with

BBQ Grill Use:
Guests are welcome to use the BBQ grill. If the grill is used and not cleaned after use, a $45 BBQ Cleaning Fee will be charged. Please scrape the grates and leave the grill in the same condition you found it.

PETS
Pets are welcome with a paid pet fee.
Pet rules:
No pets on furniture or beds
Clean up after your pet (indoors & outdoors)
Pets must not be left unattended unless crated
Any pet damage will be billed to the guest

CHECK‑IN & CHECK‑OUT
Check‑in: 4 PM
Check‑out: 11 AM
Early check‑in or late check‑out must be approved in advance.

CLEANLINESS
Please leave the home in a reasonably tidy condition. Excessive mess may result in an additional cleaning fee.

SECURITY & SAFETY
Lock all doors and windows when leaving
Do not disable or cover smoke detectors
Report any damage immediately

PARKING
Park only in designated areas. Do not block neighbors’ driveways.

NO COMMERCIAL USE
No photo shoots, filming, or commercial activity without prior written approval.

LOCAL LAWS
Guests must comply with all local ordinances, including Hollywood’s noise and occupancy rules.
