As soon as you pull up, you’ll notice mature tropical landscaping and multiple doors to help create your own private patio oasis.

Step through either colorful entry door to enter the ground level patio area, perfect for entertaining. Multiple seating areas are strategically positioned around the private pool, which is completely covered by the elevated home and deck. There’s also an outdoor dining table and room to grill your fresh catch or some Texas ribeye steaks.

Head upstairs to the large main level deck for more cozy seating, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee. The wall of windows welcomes you inside, where you’ll find bright & airy open living & dining spaces. A bold teal couch and comfortable side chairs, all in luxe fabrics are the perfect spots to catch up on your favorite shows or family stories. The nearby dining table seats 10 comfortably with a mix of chairs and bench seating. 4 additional guests can pull up a stool at the kitchen’ breakfast bar, complete with a waterfall edge countertop. Upstairs, the primary king suite has a velveteen love seat, TV, bedside tables perfect for holding your devices, and a private covered deck just outside the sliding doors. The en suite full bath features a large trough-style sink and a luxurious walk-in shower with double shower heads and built-in benches. Down the hall you’ll find another bedroom, this one with a queen bed and triple bunk that sleeps up to 4 children. (NOTE: Please adhere to weight restrictions.) LINENS & STARTER SUPPLIES KIT
We want to help get your trip off to an easy start, so you’ll find a set of starter supplies at your home when you arrive: a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, dishwashing soap, and shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap for the bathrooms. For longer vacations, please plan to bring your favorite brands with you.
Sheets & bath towels are included with every reservation. Housekeeping places freshly laundered linens in the home before every arrival and will collect any used linens after you depart.

    The house was just as described . The inside was clean and the air conditioning worked great but the pool area could use a little more cleaning. I know it’s outside but you can tell the tabel hadn’t been wiped down in awhile and the deck could use a good hose down.

    In general a great property.Well equipped with everything. I would say the main house was very clean but the area under cover at pool could have been cleaned betterAlso when I was booking it was not clear that the VRBO charges were in addition to total price of property. I have rented with VRBO in past and that was not the case. But in general an excellent property !

    We really enjoyed this property. The location was great if you are looking to get out of the city a little bit. We had the beach all to ourselves all week which was great. The pool is ice cold with no heater. It would have been nice to use it but it was too cold. Plenty of televisions and a Bluetooth speaker to Hooke your own devices up to which was nice. Overall a great stay and highly recommend

    To be honest, my family was unimpressed with the cleanliness of this property. Our family is in the hospitality industry and we were surprised by the lack of upkeep of the property. You know, the monthly maintenance things you need to keep within your maintenance rotation: light fixtures, spider webs in windows and corners, dirty ac vents, etc. But! We contacted the property management company and got a very attentive and quick reply by Calvin, the Property Service and Guest Specialist. He addressed our issues and sent out Dadrian, a property maintenance attendant. He was fantastic and friendly. He was able to get us all fixed up so that we could relax and enjoy the rest of our stay. We appreciate this property management company for doing their due diligence and making our stay enjoyable. On a side note: I would suggest, if you want to be able to hear the ocean, rent a place across the street, the traffic can get a bit loud during AM/PM rush hour.

    We had such a wonderful time at this house! The house was gorgeous and had everything we needed for a great long weekend. The kids were obsessed with the pool and it came in so handy since the weather was rainy off and on while we were there, so it being covered allowed them to still play and have a good time. We would definitely stay here again!

    It’s a gorgeous home with beautiful furnishings and decor. Very comfortable beds, linens, outdoor furniture. Great a/c! Kept the house nice and cool! The master shower…amazing!! Very nice well maintained home with very comfy furniture. Cons: Ants everywhere! In the living room, on the furniture! In the kitchen on the stove, in the stairway, in the bedroom/bathrooms. Fire ants in the yard so bad you couldn’t play in the yard. They obviously know because they had ant baits available, but the ants just moved onto another area. Glass: Garage had been damaged in the storm the week and half earlier and glass was everywhere. All around the pool, in the front where you drive in, and we even found glass on the midlevel balcony on the rug (not sure where that was from). 3 people, including a 4 year old, stepped on glass. When we called about the ants and glass, we were told someone would come clean up the glass…they never came. Someone did drop off ant spray though. Mosquitos were horrible, so bad we had to spray off on everyone as soon as they got out of their cars. The owners aren’t responsible for this, but just a heads up to bring spray. Pool was very cold, but that would’ve been perfect on a hot day. Just know that if it’s a rainy visit, you aren’t using the pool. No autopool cleaner either. Electricity went out while we were there for over 6 hours. We had to call the management company to follow up on status vs them calling up to give updates. They were nice when we did call.

    We have come to Galveston every summer for 20+ years, and this was the best house we have ever stayed in. Beautiful, spotless, close to the beach and the pool was wonderful. We loved every minute of it!
