The main level kitchen was great and the entire house has perfect layout for everyone to have privacy and space. Kids loved the pool area and lookout deck. Beds were surprisingly comfortable. The doors and elevator were tricky to get closed and operating correctly. Finally figured out how to lock the doors after a few days. Overall the property is in expected condition for a busy rental but needs some maintenance and cleaning for the lingering musty smell. Royal destinations was great to work with and very responsive to any issue.

This home was absolutely beautiful! Spacious for a large family, beautifully decorated, great location. Highly recommend and definitely would love to stay here again!Royal Destinations was very responsive on any question as well. So very helpful!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was in great and clean condition upon arrival. Looks bigger than in the pictures too. The rooms are spacious. It was good to note that one of the rooms, with 4 single beds is a walk thru room to the carriage house so that would be hard to put a baby sleeping in there. Additionally, my group had many small children so the home is very echoey and sound travels very easily throughout the home. We were also surprised that there are ZERO essential items (salt,pepper,any spices, extra paper towels, extra garbage bags, etc.) so that was something we had to buy at Publix 5 mins away. Also, I reached out asking if the home had any beach toys or chairs and management said no, however in the garage we found a ping pong table, and a plethora of donated beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, etc. That was a great thing for our group with kids. Location is walking distance to the beach which was perfect! 6 bikes were really fun too. I highly recommend this house and overall had a great stay. We were there during a hurricane and management did an excellent job reaching out to check on us during the stay.

Gone Coastal is nice but it could be better. It is a huge house that sleeps up to 18. It takes a lot to prepare meals for such a large group and the kitchen is woefully stocked to do so. Sure, there is a great gas cooktop and oven, two fridges and two dish washers but from there things do not meet need or expectation. There simply are not enough large, quality pots, bowls, colanders and bakeware. Two thirds of the kitchen drawers are empty. We found one cheap and broken grater, one rusty and half broken can opener and one working coffee maker (another barely functional maker was found under a cabinet). All cooking utensils are cheap junk. Multiple door handles are loose and need attention. The third floor bunk room fan could not be used with the light off because the remote is missing. The list goes on but you get it - the owner should tighten things up to make this house great.

The bunk room and carriage house were beyond our expectations. The walk to the beach was quick and the beach access was not crowded. Would definitely stay here again.

The layout really helps you all have privacy and there is enough room for each family. We were three families with a total of six young children and six adults. Every family had enough room to feel private space and community space. The pool was wonderful and an excellent addition to this house.It was great to have two different areas with washing machines and dryers. It helps when you have such a large group staying in the house. The house was very clean and I’m a very picky person about that. If you needed something in the kitchen that was not provided, I asked Royal destination to see if they could get us a crockpot and they did so that was very accommodating. One thing I would suggest is to have a couple of larger pots and pans since the house accommodates 18, it would be nice to have larger pots and pans to cook in than what is now provided. We loved having the two refrigerators. One other suggestion might be to have an extra set of sheets available in case you might need to change the sheets in the night (with kids especially) during a time that royal destinations is not available for help. Royal Destinations was extremely easy to work with.

The spacious, beautifully decorated house was perfect for our group of 5 adults and 5 children ages 4 through 8 years old. The heated pool was a favorite activity and the close proximity to the beach resulted in many hours of beach time. We cooked most days in the wonderful kitchen but enjoyed a few meals at some close restaurants. We would definitely stay at Gone Coastal again!
