Great place and awesome host!

Nice stay

Everything was great, was easy to communicate with the owner. Backyard was big and spacious. Only downfall is there is just one bathroom and it is very small. But would stay again.

The house is a little dated, but very nice and cozy. Perfect for a quick get away, had everything we needed, and loved the backyard.

We had a good stay. Enjoyed the hot tub. Maybe next time, we can use the pool

Host was amazing on communication and very accommodating. Home was close to where my mom was having her surgery. Wasn’t a fan of OKC as a whole but the home met all our needs! Thx so much for everything!

The new large TV was very nice along with the 3 bedrooms.

When we stepped in the house smelled stale and musty! The furniture was Beautiful!! We Loved the HOT TUB!! VERY NICE!!! THE BEDROOM'S BEDS SMELLED LIKE URINE THERE WAS URINE SPOTS ON THE SHEET'S. IN THE DAY BED ROOM THE TV WOULD NOT BRING UP THE TV SHOWS OR THE MOVIE'S!! I TRIED WORKING WITH THANKS FOR 2 HOURS TO GET MY DAILY NEWS. OVER ALL THIS WOULD BE A 10 RATING IF THEY WOULD CLEAN THERE SHEETS AND FIX THE TV! I was going to post pictures if the beds but it would not let me. And the camera in the kitchen was able to see right in the dining room so we closed the drapes. And it felt like we the camera outside was watching every move we made! I understand that it's a needed

Great place in a great location

Very comfy home.. was a great stay overall weather was a little chilly for pool but hot tub made up for that..would definitely select again if in the area!

Enjoyed the property, pool was easy to keep clean. Didn’t use the hot tub but it was clean when we got there. Decent stock of spices and cookware. Location wasn’t the greatest but we never encountered any issues besides kids riding loud motorcycles up and down the street everyday.

The property itself was great for us. Traveling with my dog to an all weekend competition and having a big yard to decompress in was key. The bed was comfortable. I enjoyed watching TV. The kitchen was great. Everything was spotlessly clean. My concern was the neighborhood. Traveling alone, I felt vulnerable leaving early in the morning. It was still dark, there were individuals roaming the neighborhood and staring at me as I loaded the car. I did not feel safe. The house backs up to a busy street and there is a lot of noise but I slept ok in the front room. There were individuals ( minors) riding loud mini bikes through the streets at night but that stopped around midnight.

Nice stay . Some Kitchen pans need to be updated I was reluctant to use due to wear and tear. The nail strip on the kitchen threshold is starting to wear through the carpet I stepped on it a few times was not pleasant. Recycle bin was full to the brim so we were or able to recycle as we would usually do but overall nice neat and tidy home. I would stay again

The house was clean and very nice. I have no complaints. Everyone was happy there was a tv in all rooms

Accommodations were good. The only thing I would say is there is only one bathroom, which I knew before I booked. Very roomy.

House was perfect for a Girls Getaway of 3 generations. Pool and hot tub were wonderful and we ended up spending most of our time there. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed. Prompt communication with hosts. Couldn't ask for more. Definitely recommend.

The home was very clean and smelled amazing. The hot tub was ready for us to use and unfortunately we didnt have tome to enjoy with our busy OYE schedule. Kitchen was stocked really well and made it easy for me to make meals for my family. She checked in with us multiple times to be sure all was going well..

Lisa was very responsive and super friendly! The property is very well maintained and clean!! We enjoyed the hot tub! This would be an awesome rental in the summer when the pool is able to be used! Overall 5 stars!

This little house was perfect for our two night stay in OKC. Very clean and cozy! Beds were extremely comfortable!! Host obviously pays attention to small details such as power strips, shampoo/conditioner, lotion, place to put jewelry in bathroom, kitchen utensils…the list goes on! Our dogs loved them big fenced in backyard and we really enjoyed the amazing hot tub!! Would definitely return if ever back in OKC! Thank you Lisa!

It worked out for me. I was just there to see my family and I didn’t have my puppies with me. The only thing I would recommend is maybe installing laminate and replace the carpet.

The host was very responsive to all my messages. We were extremely disappointed with the condition of the home. Upon entering through the front door, we immediately noticed a large black stain on the carpet, which needs to be replaced. Walking barefoot on the floor revealed carpet tacks sticking through. The hot tub was filled with excessive suds, making it uncomfortable to use. The bedding appeared worn and outdated. The couch in the living room was in poor condition, very dirty, and falling apart. The laundry room had an unpleasant mold or mildew smell. The bathroom was very small, and the neighborhood the house is located in is not ideal. Overall, my family was thoroughly dissatisfied.

This property has 1 bathroom. Got here and had a family event, but within 2 hours of being there had neighbors calling the host stating we were being too loud at 6:30 pm.. when there was only 4 of us there… don’t recommend if you havea speaking voice that is naturally above a whisper.

We celebrated a friends bachelorette party here. Super clean. Well stocked. Plenty of space.

House is good. Well kept and well stocked. Has all the things you need. Beds comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Hot tub is really nice. Glad they keep pool open because it was a warm October and nice for the kids to enjoy.

Myself, my spouse, his brother & sister- in- law stayed 3 nights at the Private Retreat with Pool and Hot tub. The house was as advertised, clean and very comfortable for us. The owners were responsive to questions prior to renting and gave the check in details well in advance of our arrival, they even had it available earlier than stated. It was a quick and easy trip from airport, the outlying neighborhood may not be the greatest, but we did not feel unsafe at all. The immediate neighborhood was fine. The 1st night we accidentally broke the head off the shower (of course it was the sister-in-law);} The guys, who are contractors, were unable to put it back together. The next morning we texted the owners, they quickly responded and made arrangements to fix. We came back later in the day to a new shower head! We used the pool and hot tub, both were very nice and well maintained. We had a great time in OKC and would definitely rent again when in the area.

We had a great time, enjoying the hot tub and pool as well as the house and all the thoughtful extras added for guest comfort and enjoyment! The only problem we had was getting the tub to work. The knobs are really old and don’t turn well so it took a while to get the water on and the temps right. Otherwise A++!

The house is super comfy and super clean. Has everything you need, makes you feel like in your own house. Lots of fun in the pool and hot tub. My family had a blast in this house, I would totally recommended to anyone

The stay was wonderful. My family and I enjoyed the pool and hotub. The place was very clean and actually I hope to stay there again in the near future and I would recommend this place to anyone. I had no problems or complaints.
