Perched in the Hollywood Hills just above the Sunset Strip, A-Lister delivers the LA fantasy without the chaos — a private, design-forward retreat where canyon quiet meets the city's best zip code. The backyard is the headline act: a private pool, generous patio, hot tub, BBQ grill, and an al fresco dining setup made for long golden-hour evenings with your crew.

Inside, the home leans modern and contemporary with a playful, gallery-like sensibility — curated decor, layeredtextures, and the kind of styling that photographs well from every angle. The living room is built for slow mornings and movie nights, and the fully equipped kitchen handles everything from coffee runs to a full dinner party. Three bedrooms and two full bathrooms sleep up to six, and in-unit laundry makes longer stays easy.

When you're ready to leave the hills, you're minutes from the action: Sunset Strip nightlife, Chateau Marmont, and the Comedy Store are right down the hill, while Runyon Canyon, Melrose Avenue shopping, and the Hollywood Walk of Fame are all a quick drive away. Beverly Hills, West Hollywood dining, and the Pacific Design Center sit within easy reach — A-Lister puts you at the center of it all, then lets you escape back up the canyon when the city's had its turn.

AvantStay provides a personalized hospitality experience to elevate your stay. With our Concierge Service, guests have access to our tech-enabled services like fridge stocking, private chefs, massages, transportation, special occasion celebrations, baby gear rentals, ski gear, beach gear, and more. For anything you need, we’re at your fingertips!

The entertainment industry has thrived in Hollywood for hundreds of years, calling people from all over the world. Surf lines the western coast of the city in areas like Venice, providing an area for locals and visitors alike to explore legendary beaches. Each of the 400+ neighborhoods in Los Angeles has its voice and story-—meaning there's something in it for everybody. Where do you see yourself

The indoor area of the house was clean and well organized with plenty of room for my family to spread out, and my two teenage kids each had their own room which was nice. The pool could use a draining and repainting of the bottom of the pool (even after vacuuming the pool still looked dirty due to the unpainted concrete bottom, although the water was clean and clear. This was especially evident when comparing to the neighbors' much cleaner-looking pool with painted bottom.)The hot tub was a major factor is choosing this house. However, the hot tub was cold upon arrival and took over 24 hours to heat to usable temperature, and it seemed to have a mind of its own so far as which jets turned on/off. When the jets worked and once the tub was hot, it was awesome to sit and relax overlooking the Hollywood Hills. From the back deck you can see the Griffith Observatory in the distance. And if you stand at the corner of the hot tub deck, you can see the Hollywood sign. The orange and grapefruit grove in the back yard by the pool was an added bonus as they create a visually stunning oasis and act as a border from the downhill neighbors. We would definitely stay again, just be sure to allow time for the hot tub to heat up.

Pretty disappointing, to be honest. Hot tub was broken. Quality for cost is not great. Literally went and bought new toilet paper bc it was so bad and ran out of basic amenities (shampoo, conditioner, paper towels), and we were not being excessive in any way.

Location and stay were both great. Only complaint was that the backyard had minimal lighting for hanging out outside at night

House was clean and roomy. It’s a spirited drive up to the property, great quiet neighborhood, we loved the orange trees and the birds and the views. Well kept hot tub, lovely, refreshing cold pool. Nice tv and comfortable living areas.

Our family of four had a great three night stay in the Hollywood hills. The property was exactly as listed. Clean. Three nice bedrooms. We were two adults and two teens. Great hot tub which we enjoyed ever night, complete with views of the stars. The owner describes everything beautifully, even down to how to park the car for better access to the house.if you are looking to enjoy LA and stay in the hills above the city, this is a great choice.

The home is really nicely located. Maybe do your grocery shopping on the way there, because it takes 20 minutes to the supermarket and depending on time it might take longer to get back. We only had two issues. For a property like this, we are not used to plastic glasses only and the kitchen is really poorly equipped ( we like a glass of champagne or wine in real glasses) . Had to go to supermarket to buy. The pool was unfortunately not usable upon arrival on Saturday and only fixed Monday. We got compensation for that. But the house is really cool, great location and management from AvantStay super responsive. Would recommend it.

Our family enjoyed your house and the view. The only part that was stressful was the driveway. We could not get the garage code to work.
