Stayed Jun 29, 2024We loved our stay. The location is very convenient-- a quick drive to Rehoboth or Lewes. The neighborhood was very quiet. The house was nicely appointed and we had room to spread out. The outdoor area was phenomenal-- loved the pool and the hot tub. The backyard has trees and a fence that provide privacy from the other houses nearby. We plan to return!

Stayed Aug 13, 2022Our family had a great stay at this house. The pool, hot tub, and screened in porch allowed us lots of family time while also engaging in different activities. Great location close to lots of restaurants, outlets, and beaches.

Stayed Aug 14, 2021We loved the house, pool and hot tub! The hosue has everything you need. It was a great fit for 2 families of 4 in a beautiful neighborhood. We did not utilize the bedroom above the garage. We hope to return in the future! One downside is the front loader washer machine, it smells of mold and has a lot of residue... This should be replaced.

Stayed Jul 17, 2021This property was amazing. It was tucked away in the perfect little neighborhood. Great for taking family walks and bike rides away from the hustle and bustle of downtown beach life. The rancher was perfect. The screened in porch a delight, and the pool, heaven. I could have never left the house and had the best vacation!!! Great place for family and friends to rent and share.

Stayed Jul 25, 2020Our family of 10 (3 family units) decided to stay together this year and we couldn’t have been happier with this Beautiful Beach Home. I was a little reluctant because there was no reviews yet on VRBO, but we were pleasantly surprised on how well this property suited our family. From the cleanliness, the open living concept, accommodations, pool and outdoor space, it was phenomenal. We hope to stay here again in the near future! The rental process was painless & easy and we had all the details we needed to have a smooth process of renting this home! Highly recommend! The only detail that I would keep in mind is the fifth bedroom was above the garage, and not apart of the main living area. Had to be accessed by stairwell in garage. It is a nice size, clean, and had AC unit, but it was not easy to use with smaller children or if you wanted to be apart of the large living area. Could be great for teenagers or young couple without kids.
