All was very simple and we spent a wonderfull Time

Dining room and sitting room are fine but the rest of the property badly needs updating.Dealing with Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals was a nightmare to the extent that we thought we had been scammed when trying to get access to the property.Communication with them was extremely difficult.

The property was clean and well maintained and as presented in listing. Pool maintenance, lawn care and pest control workers came during my stay for scheduled work. I appreciated having the garage with door opener to keep my rental car in during the stay. The security code for entry was the same as it was when I stayed there in May and that would seem to allow former renters to possibly enter the house unauthorized. The code should be changed after each rental to prevent this. The pool was warmer than it was in May and usable for my entire stay but felt cool at times even in 90 degree weather. I think that by October 1, it would not be warm enough for me. I would have liked to have cable TV access to watch the Tampa Bay Rays games. Overall, I had a good experience. I had better communication with the rental office this time regarding garbage and recycling collection but nothing about pool maintenance, lawn care and pest controll schedule for work.

The pool was so warm we enjoyed it day and night. We were 10 minutes from Cortez beach which was one of the greatest beaches I've been to in the US. Warm water, beautiful sand, short walk to get to the beach.

We loved this place. Loved the layout, the were comfortable, the neighborhood was quite. Can't wait to book again for another 2 weeks

The house was described as in the VRBO listing, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths with pool. It was in a quiet suburban neighborhood. It was clean and well maintained. The woman who called me said there would be an information sheet / packet in the house when I arrived with information about trash pickup, pool cleaning schedule and instructions for operating the televisions. There was no information provided. When I called the office to ask about this, the person whom I spoke to was not very helpful. When I arrived the recycling container was full and the trash container was overflowing. I had to consolidate the trash for pickup on the Thursday morning after my arrival. The pool did not have a heater which made it unusable for most of my time at the house because the water was too cool to enjoy. This was not stated in the description of the property. The televisions only had internet streaming service which meant that I could not watch live news, sports or over the air broadcast television. Many options required subscriptions which I do not have. This lack of broadcast television service was not stated in the description of the property. There were tiny, flying gnats in the house, especially in the bathroom and kitchen where they were attracted to water. They landed on my food when I was preparing meals. I could not locate their source. I managed my trash appropriately and set out the garbage container for pickup. I generally enjoyed the property but these issues detracted.
