This home was conveniently located and had everything you need for a great stay. The only issue was that the washing machine was broken and they were waiting for a part to be delivered. Things happen, no big deal. we would have helped wash towels and linens upon our departure if we could have.

Great place to stay for families. Really close to the beach, shops and restaurants.

Beautiful house & pool, and fully equipped & stocked with towels, toiletries, and kitchen appliances, etc., including ping pong table, cornhole, board games, beach chairs / pool floats & noodles…Very close to downtown Bradenton (Pier 22 restaurant) & Anna Maria Island (AMI) (Historical Bridge Street). Our family had so much fun & will definitely choose Dreams of Paradise next time we head for AMI again. Thank you to Lucy from the DofP management team, too!

We had 4 adults and it was nice to have bedrooms on both sides of the house. We had a lovely stay. A nice home. Good location. Everything that we wanted/needed was close by.

Drove over 20 hours for the worse vacation ever, thought everything was understood when getting the house through Vrbo and gulf coast rentals, suppose to have heated pool and they screwed me out of that, they thought 500 dollars compensated for the 2 weeks we couldn’t use it, that’s not even close to make it right, then they had a roof replaced and it wasn’t cleaned up and I got a flat tire and had to deal with that, and trying to get the problem fixed they ran me around, said pool heater would be fixed and they Lied. I’ll never rent from either company ever again and I have used Vrbo 6 times and never again, I got everything saved they texted or emailed. Don’t Let them ruin your Vacation!!!!

Place was in a nice area, and the property manager had amazing communication. There were a lot of wasps nests and they took care of it immediately. The only reason I am taking off a star is because of the cleanliness of the place, as well as the lack of some basic things in the kitchen, which I usually find in other properties (like salt and pepper). It was clean but not as clean as I would expect. There were some stains on the pillowcases and hairs in the bathroom. However, overall it was a great vacation spot and the pool was a great place to spend time in the hot afternoon.

Really enjoyed my stay here! It was clean and the inside was really cozy. Only thing I didn’t like was the wasp nests, there was maybe 4 I counted and the wasps were flying everywhere and I was afraid of being stung ? but overall great experience

The home we stayed in was big, in a nice area, and clean. The pool area was also enjoyable. We did run into a few bumps during the stay that put a damper on some of our visit. The property management did address these but the timing wasn’t always great.

My family and I loved our stay at this property! Located in a great neighborhood and the house was beautiful and comfortable. We did not experience any problems during our stay and the management company had good communication. Would recommend and def intend to stay here again in the future.

This property was 10-20 minutes away from the beaches and was perfect for the family to relax in the pool after a long day at the beach.

We really enjoyed staying here. The pool was awesome. Definitely our favorite feature. The house had everything we needed, even an air fryer! Plenty of towels supplied. A small box of amenities was provided in both bathrooms and the kitchen, so that was great. I had a few small concerns such as the a/c not working very well in the main bedroom of the home. That side of the house stayed pretty warm while the other side was cold. The washing machine also needs to either have a really deep cleaning or to be replaced. It reeks of mildew. The only other concern I had was that there is no door alarms or fencing around the pool to protect small children. We traveled with our 4 year old and I was paranoid the whole time that he would unlock the door and get out by the pool while we were not looking. The locks on the doors are very low and easily reached by a small child. Other homes we have stayed at with pools have always had either fencing or door alarms for this reason. They are inexpensive and give parents peace of mind. Overall, we loved the home and would definitely stay again.

Nice house but encountered a few issues. Would not book this house again. 1. NO supplies in the house upon arrival. No toilet paper, no paper towels, no soap, shampoo, anything 2- shower faucets very loose in both bathrooms, feels like they're almost ready to fall off 3- water not hot enough to shower in master bath, had to shower in 2nd bathroom closer to the hot water heater 4- pool filter was running but not cleaning the pool. Pool was merky and no water coming out of the jets 5- Rear doors and outside door to garage were not locked 6- Garage door did not work upon arrival. One of the sensors had been knocked out of adjustment 7- Thermostat was set to 80 degrees upon arrival. Took most of the night for the AC to pull the temp down to 70
