Stayed Jun 30, 2025This was our second summer to stay in Rick's home. He and his team continue to keep the house incredibly clean and the pool/pool area are well maintained. He provided a basket of snacks and put bottles of cold water in the garage refrigerator for us. Palm Aire continues to be a very quiet and peaceful development that is very biking/walking/running friendly and very close to lots of restaurants and grocery stores. We rented bikes and rode them through Palm Aire every morning. We will stay with Rick again when we visit Sarasota.

Stayed May 21, 2025Property was just as described and pictured. Kitchen was stocked with anything you could want or need . Extremely clean, many cleaning supplies included. The welcome basket was a nice surprise. Rick is a fantastic host .

Stayed Apr 18, 2025Ranger Rick provided a warm and inviting home in a great neighborhood. We were greeted with a basket full of goodies, plenty of linens and pool / beach toys! We spent a good part of our time relaxing by the pool, and it's very quiet there!
