The space
The master bedroom extends down the Side of the house with large windows and lots of natural light. The shade from the oak tree provides protection from the warm summer months. The master suite has a bath with dual vanity and walk in shower. Bedroom 2 has ability to convert to a 4 bed room area with the additional blow up mattresss in the closet. Finally bed 2 and 3 share a fullbath. Bedroom 3 provides direct entry to the pool area from its sliding doors. The outside corner of the home has a convenient outdoor shower for rinsing off from the beach or the pool. The open living area connects the kitchen dining and breakfast nook together all filled with natural light and windows.
