This home is amazing. It’s spacious, the pool is such a plus when having small kids and when the water is to rough to get in. Beach is steps away and you can walk to just about any store, restaurant, etc.. We will defiantly rent this gone again.

Everything was great. The only issues we had were the hot water failing and lack of dishtowels. We could not find a dish towel to wash dishes in the kitchen and the hot water was on and off. The hosts were very good at sending someone out to look at it and it did get fixed ultimately. Loved everything else about it.

We had 9 adults and a baby and it was plenty of space. The backyard is very nice with plenty of seating for a large family which is hard to find. The home was very clean and maintained well. If we had any concerns they were addressed right away. Very close to the beach access as advertised. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. We would rent this home again in a heartbeat.

5 adults and 2 kids here for the week in mid-June. The house is perfect for spreading out. The backyard area and pool were so nice, especially with so many double red flag days while we were there. The beach was an easy walk and not crowded. We will come here again!

My experience at Sea La Vie through VRBO was absolutely fantastic! The location of the rental is unbeatable, and having a private pool was a huge bonus. The outdoor shower was a convenient way to rinse off after coming back from the beach, and then being able to jump right into the pool to cool off was amazing. The air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping us comfortable during our stay. The beach access was just a short walk away, and there was plenty of public beach available for us to enjoy. I would recommend getting to the beach early to secure a good spot, as it can get busy at times. However, the home itself could do with a bit more attention to detail. The showers weren't very clean, the downstairs bathroom doesn't drain very well, and the TVs downstairs constantly cycled through and disconnected in the middle of watching TV, which was frustrating with kids. The outdoor speakers, while decorative, only produced an annoying loud buzz. The smoke alarm in the living area is sensitive to cooking in the kitchen, but it's a safety feature that we appreciated. One tip is to avoid leaving towels on the front entryway to dry, as the sprinklers come on in the morning and drench everything. The management had mentioned they don't provide beach gear, but we found about 8 beach chairs and two beach umbrellas in a closet. Additionally, although the listing didn't mention it, there were two pack n plays available in the bunk room. Still an excellent stay and we would stay again!

But there is plenty in Santa Rosa beach to eat and do.

So this was our first time staying in Santa Rosa and renting a house with friends and it was amazing. Loved that it was so close to the beach. Also not far from some of our favorite places. The location is a short walk to the beach and to Gulf Place for dining, drinking, and shopping. It is a quiet, beautiful neighborhood. The backyard/pool area is amazing and great for a large group to gather and enjoy the weather/pool. We had a great stay!! One thing I would mention is if you have older family members in your party, take note that the main living area (kitchen/living room) is up a flight of stairs. Also some of the bedrooms are up a couple of flights of stairs. It’s not a negative for the property-just the way the floor plan is laid out. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting 30A.
