Private Pool & Grill: Modern Goodyear Retreat

When we first stumbled upon this home, it seemed almost too good to be true; there must be a catch! But as soon as we drove up to the house which has gorgeous landscape, and opened the front door, we were so impressed! The house was beautifully decorated, very clean, and updated throughout. The kitchen was complete with dishes, glasses, utensils, pans, etc. The beds were very comfy and there were plenty of bathroom linens available including beach towels for the magnificent private pool (my favorite amenity)! The views from the front and back of the house are outstanding with gorgeous sunrises and sunsets. We, also, enjoyed the use of the outdoor grill, fireplace, and TV during the evenings as well. The communication from booking throughout our entire stay was wonderful. The owners responded to quickly to our questions and offered local suggestions as well. This was a dream house to rent for our winter get away and we plan on coming back!! :)

Beautiful home- well furnished, comfy indoors and out, with good communication with the owners. Noise from the jets overhead is fun, then ok, then a bit loud, but everyone in the west valley enjoys it.

Extended stay to avoid the last gasp of Wisconsin winter and we had a great time at this beautiful home.

Our stay was very enjoyable in this beautifully desiged and decorated house. The owners were very available and helpful. But there are 3 noise issues that were not identied when choosing this house. First, daily construction noise from nearby houses under construction. This will go away someday. Second, golf course maintenance vehicle noise every morning from 5:15 to 6:00 am. Last, fighter jet takeoff and landing noise weekdays from nearby Luke AFB. These last 2 will not go away.

My fiancé and I took a trip to AZ for the first time for a mid winter vacation, looking to relax, enjoy some sun and overall feel at ease. We cannot be more happy with choosing to stay at this house. From the drive into and throughout the resort alone, we already knew we chose the right place. The location gave us the instant relaxation vibes we were wanting, with all the palm trees and overall beautiful landscape. Then, walking into the house was so refreshing, as it is HUGE and is an open concept that made it feel so welcoming right from the start. You can immediately see through the house to the back yard where the house's private pool resides and the landscaped pond is located further behind the pool for a beautiful water view, despite AZ's drier landscape. The house itself was so clean, and impeccably decorated giving us a high end feel while still providing the comforts you want to feel cozy, such as great books and warm blankets and pillows to lean into in the evening or early morning. We especially liked sitting outside in the backyard in the evenings by the fire on the patio. When we weren't in the home, we found plenty to do nearby, including an amazing hike, great restaurants and an awesome Mariner's spring training baseball game. Simply going for a walk in the neighborhood in the AM sun was one of our favorites, so relaxing!!! Overall, we had an amazing stay and WILL be back (soon)!! We can't see ourselves staying anywhere else in AZ!

This house is beautiful and had everything we needed! My husband and I came into town to see family, baseball and soak up some sunshine. We really enjoyed the outdoor living and the pool was perfect. Very quiet and secure.

I greatly enjoyed my stay and I was extremely comfortable. They have plenty of activities for the entire family. The outdoor living space was amazing, fire place, grill, pool. and outdoor TV was perfect The master bathroom left me speechless. it was definitely a great treat to myself. Overall, the best way to describe the house is beautiful, classy, and fun. Trish and Todd are such great hosts. Very helpful and understanding. Whenever I come back to AZ I will absolutely use their home.

This home is phenomenal! They have thought through all the details. The rooms are spacious, decor is beautiful and the outdoor living space is top notch. The pool area has room to seat about 20 people and there are plenty of towels for inside and out. The outdoor TV and fireplace are also a nice touch. The open concept layout inside allows everyone to be involved in the conversation. We would highly recommend this site and look forward to coming back to the area soon. You will not be disappointed.
